MATCHA LATTE 1. Add desired amount of latte powder to bowl with corresponding ml of room temperature water. 2. Using a chasen whisk (or small regular whisk) slowly combine the water & powder together in a circular motion until the mixture is completely smooth & thick. If it’s still too lumpy, add a little more water. 3. Slowly add 150ml of your desired milk (hot or cold) & stir to combine with the mixture until creamy & smooth. 4. Pour over ice and top off with 20ml milk (or hot froth). Enjoy! If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can add some sweetener in step 2. Using a bamboo whisk (or regular whisk) slowly combine the water & powder together in a circular motion. Change to a rapid ‘W’ motion, until the powder is completely dissolved. Slowly pour the remaining water whilst whisking very rapidly in a ‘W’ motion. A thick bubbly foam layer should form on the surface, this is a good indication it is ready. Pour over ice (if iced) or drink directly from the bowl. Enjoy! If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can add some sweetener in step 2. Try iced with coconut water for a refreshing drink!
