We’re MariposaS – a sustainable lifestyle brand.

Since launching in 2022 by Dutch entrepreneurs Steijn Nagtzaam and Mats Helmons. We are
focussing our product offering sustainable T-shirts and Sweaters to include ready-to-wear for men,
woman and kids as well as lifestyle accessories. By focussing us on sustainable lifestyle we keep in
mind the price/value propositions. The brand is socially-driven and we insert out community into the

buying experience by utilising social media platforms as a tool to understand consumer needs,
preferences and desires. The goal is to create a brand that brings people together, trough the power

of positivity and sustainability.

The word Mariposas literally means Butterfly in Spanish, Butterflies are grown up in a cocoon and
after that, they grow into a beautiful butterfly. We want to inspire people to get out of their comfort

zone and dare to show themselves to the world.

Intellectual Property

protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property

rights laws.

Termination
We may terminate your access to the PDF, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture
and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their
nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership

provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing law
This Agreement (and any further rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be
governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without giving effect to any

principles of conflicts of law.

Return costs
It is the responsibility of the customer that return packages reach us safely. Return fees are for the
customer and are non-refundable. We advise our customers to therefore choose to use a shipping

service that provides them with a tracking number, so that the package can be tracked at all
times.

Changes to this agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by

posting the updated terms on the Site. Your
continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and

Conditions.

Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement
or any changes to this Agreement, do not use,

access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
