• Interview, selection, orientation, and placement of foreign workers.

Securing approval from relevant authorities (KDN, JCS / JTK).

Complete administration work and send for translation, notary public,
certified true copy and endorsement of approval by the Commissioner
of Oath.

Clearance of workers at the airport and transporting them to the worksite
designated by our clients.

Extended services such as providing counselling and solving workers’
social related problems.

recruitment needs in the shortest
possible time span.

Extra services:

To e ciently deploy quality human resources
to fulfill our clients’ needs. We will undertake
the pre-selection process such as :

• Screening of candidates before
short-listing and selection by clients.

• Health-check in country of source
before sending the workers overseas.

For contracts with over 50 workers,
we will provide customers with flight
and accommodation in Nepal, for
workers’ review, selection, and
recruitment purposes.

Currently, we have nine training
consultants from Nepal to assist our
clients in communicating with the
workers e ciently and e ectively.
We also provide workers’ orientation
and training for sectors such as hotel,
manufacturing, security, construction,
plantations, and restaurants.

We believe in deploying
e cient and e ective
communications.

In the event of 1st year abscond*, Our longstanding
we shall reimburse the worker’s relationship with our
levy on a pro-rated basis. customers are an integral
part of our success.
We will bear the cost of the
return air ticket and pro-rate levy
for any problematic or medically
unfit worker.
