"Sufi Bari" is a retreat located in Lokkhipur, Gazipur, Bangladesh, spanning 26 Bigha (around 36,000 sqm) with lush greenery and the Bhawal forest's natural beauty. It serves as a country getaway for a city family seeking respite from urban life. The project comprises four interconnected blocks amidst a bamboo forest, centered around a courtyard. The ground floor includes an open porrco, while upper levels house the main family block, communal faciliies, and a guest block. The design seamlessly blends accviies with nature, featuring an Outdoor Jacuzzi, Barbecue space, and Play field. The property is self-sufficient, producing energy and food. SITE AREA : 3 Katha PROJECT ROLES: Worked in Schemaac Design,Detail Design,Working Drawing,Graphics,Presentaaon,Branding & Site Inspeccon Team. "BATAYAN" means window in Bangla, which is intended to ensure sufficient sunlight and a free flow of breeze. The site is surrounded by buildings on 3 sides and only opens on the south side. By keeping the southeast porron of the site open, maximum air vennlaaon is ensured in this project.Single-unit apartment with three bedrooms is the ideal scenario for an apartment built on three Katha land. An open-to-sky green terrace on the 1st floor is provided for parking shade with an extra privilege for the dwelling unit. The design emphasized flexibility by keeping the dwelling space column free in the middle. As a result, any sort of customizaaon is possible in the future. AREA : 4500 Sqq PROJECT ROLES: Worked in Schemaac Design,Detail Design, 3D Design,Working Drawing,Graphics,Presentaaon & Site Inspeccon Team. Through creaave training programs, Noora Health, a nonprofit organizaaon, empowers paaents and families in Bangladesh. By working together with neighborhood healthcare faciliies, they provide interaccve caregiver educaaon that speeds up recovery from serious diseases. They opened an office at Banani so they could carry out their operaaons more efficiently. This project'sinterior was designed in the "Mid-Century Modern" style. The client requested an extremely uulitarian, minimalist environment with some color-accented accents. Because of this, the color scheme was influenced by the brand's emblem. The interior has a very natural and livable appearance due to the use of natural wood and a few pop colors.
