NOTICE:

Instructions for Candidates for Fifth Round:
LL.B.-3 and LL.B-5 -2016-2017

 CET CELL will publish college wise/ category wise vacancy position for the candidates before
the start of the Fifth Round.

 In the Fifth Round, if there is a category change, it will be as shown below after
allocating seats to eligible candidates belonging to the category:

Logic for Change of Category:
1. Group 1: i) Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Castes converted to Buddhism (SC)

ii) Scheduled Tribes including those living outside the specified areas (ST)
Group 2: i) Vimukta Jati (VJ) / Denotified Tribes (DT) NT(A)

ii) Nomadic Tribes (NT-1) NT(B)
Group 3: i) Nomadic Tribes 2 (NT-2) NT(C)

ii) Nomadic Tribes 3 (NT-3) NT(D)
iii) Other Backward Class (OBC)
2. After following the stage IV (i) if some seats still remain vacant then those will be filled on the basis
of a consolidated merit list of all remaining backward class candidates.

3) The candidates who have already sought admission in the earlier round will have to
cancel their earlier admission before seeking admission in the V Round.

4) The College will cancel the admission of the candidate from their log in and
refund the entire fee paid by the candidate by deducting Rs.1,000/- as

administrative charges.

Conduct of Institutional Admission Round (V): ----

If any seats remain vacant after all IV CAP Rounds in the Government Quota in

Government, Aided, Aided Minority, University Departments/ Unaided and Unaided Minority

Colleges, Self-Financed University Departments, it will be filled in by the Institution through

Institute Level Round as per the following Time Table:

Filling in the Institutional Level seats of Unaided Colleges 15% of the
Sanctioned Intake:-

The Institutional Quota in Unaided and Unaided Minority Colleges/University Self-
Financed Departments will be filled in on Inter-Se-Merit from 5(1) Maharashtra State
Candidature, 5(2) All India Candidature and 5(3) Minority Candidature.

Instructions to Candidates for Institute Level Round:
Candidates desirous of seeking admission to LL.B.3/LL.B-5
Course through Institute Level Admission round are advised to

download and read the Notice Instructions for candidates for THE
FIFTH ROUND: LL.B.-3 and LL.B-5 2016-2017

1. Interested candidates should read the Notice, Instructions and Time Table and fill in the
Form available on web site along with photo copies of the documents and submit it in the
Institutes in which they wish to seek admission.
2. The seats that are remaining vacant after Fourth round and have become or will
become vacant will be filled in through this round on Merit only.
3. Candidates are advised to report in writing to the undersigned if any institute is
asking more fee than approved by the Government. The fees to be remitted to the
University could be collected by the college with right of students to demand proof of
payment to University.

4) Marks on which the Degree/Class/Grade is awarded will be considered to resolve the tie
in CET Score. It is obligatory on the part of the Candidates to bring CGPA to Percentage
conversion certificate/ formula from the College/University.
5) Candidates seeking admission in this round will have to cancel their previous admission
before seeking new admission in new college. Candidates are advised to do the same on
their own risk.
6) The seats remaining vacant after this round will remain so.
