Available in a choice of finishes

Lever/Lever
As standard all composite doors are supplied with a lever/lever handle system, if the door is left unlocked, from the outside you can
simply pull down the handle to open the door. This handle system will require you to manually lock the door with a key.

Lever/Pad
A split spindle handle system will help protect your home from burglary. With this handle when your door is closed the centre latch will
not be released by moving the outside handle. A key is always required to open the door from the outside.

During the initial consultation we will guide you
through every step of the way, including design
ideas, planning requirements and additional extras

Since October 2010 it became legal in the UK for a conservatory to have a solid tiled roof installed without planning
permission; and the Guardian™ Solid Roof is fully approved by the Local Authority of Building Control (LABC).
Unlike conventional conservatories with polycarbonate or glass roofing, a Guardian™ Roof enables home owners to enjoy
their conservatory throughout the entire year. The Guardian™ Roof fundamentally transforms your living space and can
increase your property’s value.

These can be fitted to some existing
conservatories - just replace the roof!

Because of its exceptional thermal qualities the insulated roof enables your
conservatory to stay cosy and warm during the harsh winter months and yet cool
and comfortable during the hot summer time.

But it’s not just about adding comfort and value.
Externally the Guardian™ Roof is visually more pleasant and superior to its
conventional rival, insofar as the tiles and cappings are streamlined and
unobtrusive, by not relying on bulky portal frames, concrete or brick columns, it’s
also extremely lightweight and very strong. Internally the Guardian™ Roof offers
contemporary or traditional finishes. Choose from a plastered or a timber/PVC-u
cladding finish. You can also add some fantastic finishing touches with concealed
lighting or FAKRO roof windows. The options are endless and provide the scope
