On behalf of Worldex India Exhibition & Promotions Pvt. Ltd., I welcome both exhibitors and
buyers to ‘WOFX Malaysia – India Virtual Exhibition and Business Matching’ trade fair.
India-Malaysia relations, both diplomatic and commercial, have been going strong for over
64 years and continue to grow. Bilateral economic, trade and investment associations are
progressing very rapidly, and trade jumped from US$ 12.8 billion in 2015-16 to reach US$ 16.15
billion in 2019-20 with India importing goods worth US$ 9.78 billion in 2019-20.
Indian imports of furniture and other related products and accessories including lighting from
Malaysia has reached US$ 105 million in 2019-20 while similar exports to Malaysia reached
US$ 5.55 million in 2019-20.
In current times, it is essential to connect, expand & grow business using the digital medium. To
that end, Worldex India conceived and developed the virtual platform ‘Bee2Bee.Asia’ to assist
businesses to remain connected with Face2Face business matching meetings with buyers,
strengthen engagements with existing customers, promote latest offerings, launch new products
and explore business opportunities in target markets. Similarly, buyers get to source quality
products and meet new suppliers at their convenience.
