Dear Professional Colleagues,
I take this opportunity to introduce myself once again, some of whom I have been
interacting with through seminars conferences, study circle meeting and others with
whom I have had privilege of being personally connected. I, Vishnu Kumar Agarwal,
being a notable leader of WIRC, having served in the capacity as chairman in 2017 and
having served as Regional Council Member during the period 2010-2019, I got an
opportunity to play a dynamic role in several key initiatives that were taken for benefits of
members & students in the past and with the constant encouragement of my seniors and
colleagues present myself as a suitable candidate, for the forthcoming Central Council
Elections of ICAI-2021.
I submit with humility that I will continue to serve the cause of profession selflessly and to
the best of my ability without any fear or favour. I will put all my best efforts to render
dedicated services from time to time for cause of our profession.

• To augment and develop user friendly portals for access to young Chartered
Accountants and Members for simplying access to knowledge

professional development of Members.
• To increase the infrastructure for members and Students.
• To introduce CA protection Bill, on the lines of Advocates protection Bill
• To promote and encourage work from home for giving a level playing field to
chartered Accountants in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities particularly women.
• Creating opportunities for Young and SME Chartered Accountant
