Food Donations & Distributions
:KHUHGRHVWKHIRRGFRPHIURP" :KHUHGRHVWKHIRRGJR"
Over 12.8 million pounds of food were distributed from
our warehouse locations in Mapunapuna on Oahu and
Puhi Industrial Park on Lihue, Kauai. Of the total pounds
that were distributed, about one third consisted of fresh produce.
The Hawaii Foodbank partnered with nearly 200 member
agencies last year. Dedicated agency staff and volunteers
assembled and distributed food bags, prepared and
served meals and organized community-wide food
distributions across Oahu. Their compassion and hard
work with islanders in need, helped distribute millions of
pounds of food last year.
We also shipped 115,036 pounds of food to the Maui
Food Bank.
The Hawaii Foodbank on Oahu and Kauai received over *
13.7 million pounds of perishable and nonperishable
food, including 3.8 million pounds of fresh produce in
