KALATAS is a collective of nine (9) creatives who completed the first Art Show Philippines' Online Mentoring Program.

ADA PANOPIO Ada Panopio, (b. 1984) from Batangas especially uses mythical and Filipino women folklore character as her subjects. She painted and drawn composition combining real or imaginary women features in a fantasy setting. Her works features distorted human forms, exaggerated poses, awkward movement of figures, the use of sour palettes, and ambiguous space in her composition true to her renaissance style in Mannerism in the contemporary era. “My art is the ultimate version of myself. My passion and dedication make it pure and unmistakably my own, there is no end to one’s discovery and growth as a woman of substance. Now as EngkantADA.” Cherry DV Agoyaoy (b. 1981), from Magsingal, Ilocos Sur and residing in Santa Maria, Bulacan, is a consummate Filipina creative whose "artvocacy" is using fused plastic as medium in her artworks. She has color blindness but creates colorful pieces using watercolors and acrylics. Her artworks have been exhibited in various print media, galleries, and museums “Even with eyes closed, I believe anyone can dream awake of colors, wonder, and endless possibilities. IVAN BEDAÑA Jay Vincent Gatdula (b. 1995) is a contemporary artist from Alfonso, Cavite. Jay developed his own style dubbed as “Sining Sawali" where he cuts and weaves two different acrylic paintings together to form a single art piece. His artwork became part of the permanent collections of local and international museums. “My art shows the cutting and weaving of two different paintings to make one art piece. Like in life, we face problems that break us, but we still weave a solution to conquer them and to show how beautiful life is.” Ivan Bedaña, (b. 1990) is a creature of dreams and the whimsical realms that exist beyond the boundaries of ordinary reality. Born in a world where the surreal and the mundane converge, his life has been an odyssey through the kaleldoscope of imagination. Ivan’s artistic journey has been a pilgrimage to the very heart of subconcious, where the surreal takes shape and transcends the confine of rational thoughts. “The thoughts and feelings in my mind are constantly flowing and surging. KHRISNA ROSETTE NAÑOLA MARCOS Khrisna Rosette Nañola Marcos (b. 1989) is heavily influenced by her family who are all artists. Khrisna is a recipient of the "Kawayan Award" in Las Piñas for being an exemplary artist. She completed an art mentoring program and awarded as one the top selling artists. She’s a member of various art clubs. “I paint whatever comes to my mind and paint my own reality. I create my own masterpiece the way I see things with my eyes and heart, together with emotion it produces upon me.” Kim Roy (b. 2000) is a Bulacan-based contemporary social realist whose works represent relevant situations about social, political, and economic issues which serve as a voice to the masses. He uses the principles of Wabi-Sabi in his artworks — finding beauty in imperfections. Kim, a graduate of Bachelor of Fine Arts at the Technological University of the Philippines, has completed the Art Show Philippines Online Mentoring Program. “I want to be a voice to the things that are left unsaid by painting hope in their darkest time. KUTING MAI PIMENTEL DE DIOS Justine May Estacio (b. 2002), also known as "Kuting", is a mixed media artist from Binangonan, Rizal who produces femme fatale paintings that are visually familiar yet unique. Kuting makes pieces of enigmatic figures in intimate settings, resulting in seductive subjects rendered realistically. Her works have been featured in various exhibitions, publications, and magazines. “She consists of layers and storiesfrom vulnerability to fierceness, and from dreams to reality. My art unfolds the woman’s strength, her beautiful form, and everything in between.” Out of pain, there is beauty. Mai Pimentel De Dios (b. 1987) from Silang, Cavite started her full-time career as a visual artist after suffering the loss of her child. SUSANA FELICIDAD Susana Felicidad Tambasacan (b. 2000) is a mixed-media artist from General Santos City. Her feelings and experiences drive her to make art using abstract realism – styles that mix abstract strokes forming familiar images.
