Propaganda Cartoons

As students studied WWII, they explored popular media during
the time, specifically propaganda cartoons. Students developed
ideas and illustrations. They sketched drawings and scanned them
into the computer. Once their images were scanned, students
began coloring their cartoons in Adobe Illustrator, a graphic design
software.

Each student was required to write a paragraph elaborating on his
or her author’s purpose and overall design. The end result is pretty
clever!
