Step 1 : Set the
Dimensions

• Set the PowerPoint Poster Size (
Design > Slide Size >Custom Slide
Size )

• Width 16.4 , Height 23

Step 2 : Add Your Content

• ONCE YOU HAVE THE LAYOUT SET, ADD ALL TEXT ELEMENTS TO
THE POSTER DESIGN.

Step 3 : Add
image

• Bring images and other design
elements you want to use into the
poster design. Drag and drop each
image from your folder into the
poster design.

• The two ways to add images are
with Insert/Picture and with Copy
and Paste

Step 4 : Print
Your Poster

• This is the last and very important
point of creating the poster. You
need to left-click on the "Office"
button, click "Save As." Change the
file type. Instead of a "PowerPoint
presentation", select "JPEG
image."
