0n Tuesday 12th December 2017, a fully leaden luxury coach left Syston to travel to London to support those receiving
RAMGR. There was a stop off at Lutterworth to collect more supporters and also a drink and bacon cob. Shown here are
Richard Heap, Bert Attfield and Roger Sherwin, just before entering the Temple at Great Queen Street, London.
The coach driver dropped off those on board, firstly at Mark Masons’ Hall, for a buffet lunch, before travelling on to the
ceremony.
On the return journey, refreshments included drinks, ham cobs, tongue cobs, crisps and pork pie, kindly prepared by
Emily Davison and Martin Sercombe.
A good time was had by all and our thanks go out to the organiser, WBro. John Goodacre and all those who helped out
during the day.
