THE FIRST STEM FOUNDATION IN MALAYSIA
International STEM Foundation is a new
foundation with robust and flexible entry
requirement, with expanding the
opportunity for the SPM (or equivalent)
leaver to further studies at the tertiary
level. Graduates from International
STEM Foundation have the opportunity
to continue studies at any national and
international universities. Our syllabus is
at par with A-levels.

General Entry Requirement
Malaysia Applicants:
Pass in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), with a minimum of Grade C in FIVE (5)
subjects including Bahasa Melayu and pass in History.
International Applicants:
Entry requirement for international applicants are subjected to the University
academic requirement as stated in the Malaysia Qualification Agency (MQA) Entry
Requirement for O-level or equivalent.

international and local students
of UMT (based on availability).
For international students, 20
rooms are provided (10 rooms
for male and 10 rooms for
female students), where each
room is equipped with 2 single
beds, study desks,
bookshelves, chairs and
cupboards. All rooms are
accessible to the university’s
WIFI. Convenient store and
self-service laundry are also
available within the residential
college.
