Hello Team Members: INSIDE
It's February, which means love is in the air! And, I'm not just
talking about love and marriage. I'm talking about the love we have THIS EDITION
for our team, the heart we share with our guests and the passion
we have for our work. It is this combination of love, heart and January Roundup
passion that has the ability to help us achieve the customer February Happenings:
service goal we set for ourselves in 2018.
Love binds our team together. Love for our team members 2/14 Happy Valentine's Day

experience that makes them want to come back again and again.
Passion for our work gives us the fuel to wake up each Job Spotlight
morning. When we're passionate about what we do, we
consistently look for better ways to improve ourselves, our
roles and our work. In the words of Jon Bon Jovi, "Nothing is as
important as passion. No matter what you want to do with your life,
be passionate."
This month we're exploring what role love and passion plays in our
employees' work. Check out the featured article in this newsletter,
"What Love Means to Mission," to see what your team members
said.
Finally, last month I promised you that I would be in the stores
with you more often this year and I want you to know I remain
committed to that goal. It's the love for our entire team, the
heart for our guests, and the passion for my work that keeps me
committed.

Restaurant managers are responsible for ensuring that the daily
operations of a restaurant run smoothly. They will schedule
employees, order food for the restaurant and handle major challenges
and minor tasks. Restaurant managers are most importantly
responsible for ensuring the happiness of customers and making sure
