July Happenings:
As the busy summer travel season continues, it’s important to remember
what truly matters. Take a moment to think about all the things you’re 7/4 4th of July,
grateful for. Perhaps it’s a talented manager, who supports your professional LYS Alititude Spirits
growth. Perhaps it’s the opportunity to meet new people each day. Perhaps
it’s the fact that it’s summer time! 7/18 LYS Colorado Native

When you put good in, you really do get good out. Gratitude is contagious,
and customers will pick up on your energy and start a chain reaction. Take, Job Spotlight
for example, how grateful this particular customer was for Robert at Team Member of the Month
Timberline:

“I can't believe I'm saying this, but I had the best service I've ever had in my
entire life at DIA! We stopped in to Timberline to grab some breakfast and a
mimosa. Robert was our server and he went so far above and beyond what
was expected from a server- especially in an airport. He made sure we felt
comfortable and had everything we needed. My boyfriend had an upset
stomach and (without us asking) Robert made him a soda water and bitters
drink- which is the best upset stomach cure there is! As we were getting
ready to head to our gate, Robert (again without us asking him to) made a
to-go water and coffee for us to take on our flight. The service was so great
that I wouldn't have even cared if the food sucked- but it didn't!!! Both of our
breakfast plates were outstanding. It was the perfect start to our vacation.

month. She has been with us for more than two years. She is a perfect example
of CANI. She started working with us without any customer service experience
and little English but now she is one of our most well rounded employees. She
is always quick to help out any coworkers who need it. She is always on time
with perfect uniform and a smile. She works according to the management
direction and business need.”

Job Spotlight: Back of House Manager - Que Bueno Suerte!

We are currently seeking a Back of House Manager for this streetside concept located at in Platt Park.
We need an a Back of House Manager to help lead an amazing crew!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

· Plan and direct all back-of-house functions, including but not limited to
food purchasing, receiving, preparation and maintenance of quality
standards, safety, sanitation and cleanliness.

· Responsible for the recruitment and training of all BOH Team Members
as well as management of purchasing, receiving, preparation and maintenance of inventory.

· Set the Mission Yogurt standard for safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
· Assist the Executive Chef (if store has an Executive Chef) with all administrative work

including employee reviews and scheduling.
· Serve as an example of role modeling the Mission Yogurt standard of dedication to customer

service.
· Ensure that all Team Members understand the process of multiple tasks.
· Assist in assigning tasks and daily responsibilities.
· Create a positive work environment for all team members.
· Ensure excellent hospitality and customer service.
