WHAT'S

THIS EDITION

Dear Team Members, September Roundup

In an airport environment it’s easy to get wrapped up in the October Happenings:
negative. From delayed flights to security lines, today’s 10/10 LYS: Breckenridge Brewery
travelers are truly in need of a ‘positive’. Take, for instance, 10/24 LYS: Decadent Saint Winery
the effect Brianne at Timberline had on a Yelp user this 10/1-10/31: Ntl. Dessert Month
summer:
Team Member of the Month
“Last night my wife and I were waiting for our flight so we
stopped in for a quick appetizer and desert. Brianne was our October Challenge
server - she was terrific! We asked to see her manager (Zan)
and told him about Brianne and how we would never have Birthdays/Anniversaries
expected such great food and service at an airport restaurant. Job Spotlight
He said their philosophy is to hire great employees, pay them
well and produce a great product. Anytime I'm passing through
Denver I'll stop in at Timberline.”
- Todd R.

Brianne’s customer service turly flipped a negative situation
into a positive one! Many travelers could use a little uplifting
and, like Brianne, we can all make a positive impact. Thank
you for all that you do.

Sincerely,
Rod Tafoya
President and Owner
