Dear Team,
This past month we celebrated the work of our colleagues by announcing our employees of the quarter
for both the 1st and 2nd quarter of 2018. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the members of the
Employee Advisory Group for the work they did to celebrate, not only the winners, but also the
nominees. You all did a wonderful job, thank you! It gives me great pride to hear the nominations
provided by your peers and colleagues. The work you do for your patients, your community and your
colleagues is inspiring; and it teaches me a great deal about how to be better at what I do each and
everyday. Thank you to all of the nominees and congratulations on your well deserved recognition!

Good Catch Award – July 18, 2018

Bernice recognized a change in the
patient level of consciousness. She
immediately called the physician on call. A
stat CT was ordered and the patient was
found to have a brain bleed with midline
shift. The patient was transferred to ICU,
airway management was completed and
life flight followed. Your critical thinking
skills resulted in a life saved. Thank you
