dated 16 March 2020 (Ref No: ISRA (IICSB/QM/2020 (002), we, ISRA International Consulting Sdn Bhd,
hereby give confirmation that;

1) The Product is in compliant with the Shariah Policy Documents of the Central Bank of Malaysia
(BNM), particularly Bai’ al-Sarf (Currency Exchange) issued on 11 April 2018 and;

2) The Product is also in compliant with the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic
Financial Institutions (AAOIFI)’s Shariah Standard on Gold and its Trading (Shariah Standard
No.57).

It is, however, important to note here that the confirmations as mentioned above are strictly limited to
the Product, the nature of which is related to buy and sale of gold. Any product that may be derived from
the Product in future is not covered under these confirmations.
