A Family of Penguins

A Family of Penguins

Once upon a time there was a family of penguins. There was a
daddy, mommy and a chick. They were black and white. The
family of penguins lived in Antarctica. They lived on a big iceberg
next to the cold blue ocean. The penguins like to swim and dive
deep.

One day Father Penguin went out looking for krill. Father Penguin
looked for the fish in the ocean but he could not find any.

He asked a huge whale if he had seen any food. The whale said “ I
did not see any food today.” So Father Penguin swam away.

The father penguin was sad because he couldn't find any krill.
Father Penguin kept swimming.

He saw a scary black and white seal. The seal chased Father
Penguin away. Father Penguin leaped out of the ocean so fast.

Father Penguin was very very clever. He landed with another family
of penguins. He asked the family “Can I have one of your fish?”
The family of penguins said “Yes.”

Father Penguin was very happy because the other family of
penguins said yes. He ate the krill. Father Penguin went back in the
ocean to his family. Father Penguin’s family was very happy to see
him.
