FOUR-BALL MATCH PLAY Format will be Four-Ball Match Play off of the low player’s playing handicap in each match. Four-Ball is a form of play involving partners where you and your partner compete together as a side, with each of you playing your own ball, and your side’s score for a hole is the lower score of the two of you on that hole. Teams paired in flights of six created by cumulative team handicap index using May 9th, 2024 revision . Teams will compete in a five, 9-hole match play round robin within their flight. The team with the largest cumulative point total after the completion of all matches will be the flight champions. Flight winners will compete in the Championship Shootout to determine our Member-Guest Champions. THE COMPETITION

MATCH SCORING HANDICAP SUMMARY Nine Points Available Per Match Win the Hole — 1 point Lose the Hole — 0 points Tie the Hole — 0.5 point Handicap indexes update daily per the World Handicap System (WHS). Four-Ball Match Play is 90% of the individual course handicap based off tee played. Strokes allocated based of low individual handicap in each match. Play will be from the Green Tees. Competitors 65 or older or whose Green Tee Handicap and age equals 72 may elect to play the Silver Tees. Professional Staff will post scores following each match. A gross score must be recorded for each person on each hole. If you pick up, record your most likely score following WHS guidelines. * Tournament Committee reserves the right to evaluate and adjust handicaps as they deem necessary at all times during the event and retroactively apply adjustments to previous matches utilizing modified handicap in certain cases. RULES & TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

WEATHER/COURSE UNPLAYABLE CONTINGENCY All efforts will be made to finish the tournament within the timeframe scheduled and in the original format. If inclement weather/unplayable course conditions occur, the following contingency plan will be in effect: A minimum of three (3) matches must be completed to crown Flight Winners and Overall Champions in the Round Robin Match Play Format. Thursday-Friday Delay/Cancellation • If at least two matches is completed, format continues into Saturday with regularly scheduled Match 5 and the tournament modifies to a three match total for Flight Winners • If no matches are completed, the event will be modified to an 18-hole medal play, two person point quota played on Saturday. Flight winners with the most points will participate in the Championship Shootout. If the Shootout cannot occur, the team with the top point total will win Overall prizes. Ties will be broken by USGA recommended scorecard playoff. Saturday Delay/Cancellation • If match 5 cannot be completed, teams with the most cumulative points will be crowned Flight Winners and compete in the Shootout. • If match 5 cannot be completed, nor the Shootout, team with the highest point total will win Overall. All ties will be broken by: 1. head-to-head (if applicable) 2. total matches won 3. last match total 4. final two matches total 5. final three matches total (if four matches completed) 6. if still tied prizes split evenly amongst teams If three matches cannot be completed nor the 18-hole alternative, the event will be deemed no contest. WEATHER/COURSE UNPLAYABLE TIES

MODIFIED ALTERNATE SHOT-SINGLE ELIMINATION MATCH PLAY 12 Flight Winners will participate in the Championship Shootout on hole #18 which will play as a par 3. Teams will be seeded 1-12 based on total points won during round robin matches. Seeds 1-4 will receive a bye. Please see bracket for match ups on the following page. Ties for seeding will be broken as follows: 1. Points won vs. lowest seed played in Flight...if still tied, 2nd lowest, 3rd lowest, 4th lowest, and then 5th lowest. 2. If tiebreaker #1 doesn’t determine a winner, point totals for Matches 2-5 will break the tie. If still tied, Matches 3- 5, followed by Matches 4 & 5, and finally Match 5. If still tied, seed will be determined by flip of a coin. Format of Play: Head-to-Head, Single Elimination Match Play. Partners will decide who will tee off in the first shootout Match; player that does not hit the tee shot will hit the second shot. Continue alternating shots until ball is holed or conceded. Player that did not hit the tee shot on the previous Match will hit the tee shot in the next Match. Continue to alternate tee shots as you advance. In the event of a tie, a chip off will determine who moves on to the next Shootout Round (location determined by golf professional). Both team members chip counting the closest to the pin as the team score. The team closest to the pin will move on to the next round. Competitors backs will be turned while opponents chip. Final two teams will replay the hole until a champion is crowned. THE SHOOTOUT Par 3 Tees Played: Based off Individual’s 5/18 H. Index Plus-9.9 index: 150 yards 10.0-19.9 index: 125 yards 20.0+ index: 100 yards
