FAQ - Jumeirah Village

Bus Transportation

There is a shuttle leaving every hour from 5:45am
till 2:15am.
Jumeirah Village - JBH - BAA - MJ (via EAHM and
Central Laundry)

Housekeeping

Cleaning services can be arranged directly
through Emirates Academy welcome center.
Cleaning charge is 75AED per room.

Communal Utensils

Communal cleaning supplies and chemicals are
not provided.
Colleagues will have to purchase their own
drying racks.

Linen and Towel Exchange

Linens and towels can be changed in Oasis
Village uniform room. We have a bus running
directly from Jumeirah Village to Oasis Village
and vice versa 3 times daily. (Bus schedule
attached)

issue or any accommodation related issue or
inquiries, colleagues can call our Oasis Village

FAQ - Jumeirah Village

Visitors

Colleagues can have visitors provided that they
adhere to the visitor’s policy in Jumeirah Village.
Visitors will need to provide proof of identification
(i.e. passport, ID) when registering at the gate.
Visitors also need to either be fully vaccinated or
show a negative PCR test result. Visiting hours is
from 7AM until 11PM.

Special Events

Colleague events are held in Oasis Village only
as Emirates Academy events is focused mainly
on students.

Gym Usage

AED 50 per month, for inquiry and payment
please visit the EAHM Welcome Center

Internet

Jumeirah will provide SIM cards. The SIM card
will be recharged with 40GB every month. Credit
for calls or SMS will be charged on the next
payroll.

Uniform

Uniform can be given to laundry in Jumeirah
Village. Opening hours are 3 days/week 8am-
10am. However, please inform HR team if you
want to hand in your laundry there, as we need
to make further arrangements.
Otherwise, the uniform can be picked up in
Oasis Village. Please find the schedule for the
shuttle attached.
