◦ Leg stretches for right and left for twelve seconds

Blind & Dizzy

Instructions- Place the blindfold (if no blindfold then just close your eyes) on the seeker; spin
them around while the other players scatter around the gym. The seeker does their best to
tag one of the scattered players who can no longer move. The players can duck and dodge,
but they cannot move. If you move, you are out and if you are tagged then you are one of
the new seekers. The first seeker must find someone to help, then after one person is tagged
the game starts over and the two must do their best to find everyone. Whoever makes it as
the last standing WINS! The instructor will count to 10 (the amount of time the players have
to run) and once they stop counting the seeker will stop being spun and the game begins.

Objectives- The objective of this game is to choose the smartest place to stop for you to not
get tagged, your flexibility is tested, and the seekers senses are tested.
