oolong Blue tea

Deep flavour and mysterious, bluish colour of Oolong tea are born in an original method of leaf semi-fermentation. The freshly plucked
tea leaves are exposed to the sun to wither slightly, and then undergo short-term fermentation. The process is interrupted by heating the
leaves in huge woks or boilers to the temperature of 250°C. Finally, the leaves are rolled, twisted and shaped into their final form which
depends on the species and production region.
Earl Grey Black tea

The basis of our citrus variation on the classic Earl Grey tea is Ceylon black tea from Sri Lanka, where the tea leaves develop their full
flavour and then, in the process of fermentation, acquire their expressive character. The leaves develop their full flavour in an excellent
climate at the altitude of up to 600 mamsl, as a result of which the brew is strong and fully aromatic.
Gunpowder Green tea
Our green Gunpowder tea comes from the Chinese Zhejiang Province. The name of the species refers to the appearance of this tea,
whose leaves, rolled tightly into small round pellets, resemble grains of black powder. In hot water the rolled leaves straighten and
increase their volume several times. In case of green tea it is very important to process it very carefully. The freshly picked leaves are not
fermented but dried quickly. This allows the tea infusion to retain its natural, green-straw colour, slightly sweet flavour and rich aroma with
hints of gentle smoke.
Yunnan Black tea

The Chinese Yunnan Province, where the leaves of our black tea originate, is a real kingdom of tea. Here, the noble black tea with a
distinctive, unique flavour is created. These qualities are a merit of the wilting process and long fermentation, which results in a very high
content of theine. Millions of people around the world love its classic and harmonious taste.
Pai Mu tan White tea
A noble white tea with rose petals and a mild, slightly flowery and fresh flavour enchants with its velvetiness. This subtle composition was
created with undeveloped tea buds and first leaves, still covered with fine silver fluff, which were picked in the Chinese Fujian Province.
The beautiful, poetic name of the rare Pai Mu Tan species means “white peony”. White tea is the least processed of all tea types – the
process of wilting and drying the leaves is sufficient to obtain the unique aroma. This results in a brew with a delicate, slightly sweet,
flowery taste, rich in vitamins A and E and polyphenols.
Pu-erh red tea

We brought the Pu-erh tea leaves from the Chinese Yunnan Province. There the leaves were prepared according to traditional recipes
used in China for almost 2000 years. The reddish tint of the infusion is a merit of a short fermentation process and several years of ageing,
during which the dried leaves slowly mature and gain exceptional properties. This tea contains, among others, assimilable natural
selenium, vitamin E and valuable flavonoids.

Flavoured coffee
Flavoured coffee is natural coffee, whose flavour has been enhanced by the introduction of new aromas, such as vanilla, chocolate and
hazelnuts. The taste of coffee, however, remains natural.

Master Blend

Our flavoured coffees are prepared from original blends of Arabica and Robusta species according to traditional Italian recipes. Its base
flavour is made on the basis of Eastern Asia strains, with the characteristic spicy-woody aroma. The velvet Arabica introduces a slight
acidic note, while the intense Robusta strengthens it, adding a sharper tone. Perfectly balanced, rich full flavour.

American roast
Aurile coffees are blended locally, in Poland, at 210°C for about 20 minutes and then carefully cooled with circulating air. While roasting,
the beans acquire a light brown colour. Afterwards their surface is dry, while the taste is complex and well balanced in terms of sweetness,
bitterness and acidity. Well qualified tasters supervise the whole process of coffee bean roasting and drying.

Green mate is a species of an evergreen tree that grows in South America. It has oblong, glossy leaves and white or cream flowers
gathered in bunches. The dried leaves and twigs of green mate have a beautiful, intense aroma. These have been brewed and drunk as
tea for ages in South America. No wonder - they are rich in B vitamins, thiamine and caffeine.
Green mate is known not only for its energising but also medicinal properties. It stimulates, helps to reduce tiredness and stress,
increases resistance to stress, but first of all it is a very powerful antioxidant.
In Aurile coffees, we’ve used unfermented leaves of green mate because they contain much more antioxidant compounds (including the
precious chlorogenic acid) than the fermented leaves (yerba mate). As a result, the coffee’s antioxidant potential has been significantly

Comes from South America and has characteristic red fruits, which grow in clusters and show the seed by a slight opening. Guarana
seeds contain four times more caffeine than the coffee beans. Guarana caffeine, sometimes colloquially called „guaranine”, absorbs
more slowly than caffeine from coffee and its effect lasts longer and more even.
Guarana stimulates the nervous system, accelerates muscle recovery after exercise, helps to detoxify the body. It inhibits the secretion of

Açai berries are dark purple fruit of Brazilian palm (Euterpe oleracea), grown in the pristine forests of the Amazon. Their comprehensive

100% Arabica
The 100% Arabica can be found in various Aurile coffees, which significantly differ from each other in taste and aroma. In all Aurile
Excellence coffees we have used the African Arabica strain, mainly the Ethiopian mocha. Specialists appreciate Mocha’s deep noble
taste: balanced, velvet, with a light floral note. Aurile Classic has been made with the Colombian variety of Arabica. The strains, cultivated
in the Andean massif, derive their gentleness from the sunny slopes, power from the volcanic soils, whereas their finesse is a result of
the tropical climate influence. After brewing, the strains become silky and their slightly acidic notes bring a pleasant feeling of freshness
leaving a slightly citrus flavour. Intensity of the taste sensations is deepened by the aroma of intertwining fruity-caramel notes. Colombian
coffees are some of the most balanced coffees, whose pleasant taste has fans all over the world. Aurile Pure Green coffee has been
made with the Peruvian Arabica grains, which are hand-picked and grown ecologically, without any artificial fertilisers.

Espresso Blend
For all classic espresso enthusiasts we have created an original blend of beans selected from plantations in South America. The heart of
the blend are Brazilian and Colombian strains, grown in the mountainous regions, but its distinct, full-bodied taste comes from the 10%
admixture of oily Indonesian Robusta beans. The beans combined in perfect proportions – 60% Arabica and 40% Robusta – create a
memorable, strong flavour, with nut-chocolate overtones, and intense, slightly smoky flavour. We have used this blend to create Aurile
Espresso Experience. It’s a perfect blend for the gourmets who drink coffee without sugar or milk.

Green coffee
Green coffee does not undergo the roasting process. It has a mild flavour, with clear notes of wine but no perceptible bitter aftertaste or
smoky aroma, characteristic of roasted beans. Green coffee contains a large amount of the chlorogenic acid (CGA), which is a powerful
antioxidant and thanks to the presence of caffeine, does not lose any of its stimulant properties.

roasting
Aurile coffees are roasted locally, in Poland. With most coffees we used the medium American Roast. It is roasted at 210°C for about 20
minutes and then carefully cooled with circulating air. While roasting, the beans acquire a light brown colour. Afterwards their surface is
dry, while the taste is complex and well balanced in terms of sweetness, bitterness and acidity. Additionally, with Aurile Classic we used
the Full City Roast: 30% of the beans were roasted at the temperature of 225°C to obtain a slightly oily surface, and thus a fuller body,
more powerful aroma and intense flavour. Well qualified tasters supervision the whole process of coffee bean roasting and drying.

directions: Boil water, pour it into the French Press
and leave for a few minutes to warm up the pot and
the plunger. Pour water out, remove the plunger. Add
an appropriate amount of coffee (2 teaspoons coffee
per 150 ml of water) to the French Press and pour a
bit of water (ca 100 ml) at the temperature of 95°C. Stir
the brew so that all coffee grounds soak with water.
After approximately 30 seconds add remaining water.
Remember to leave a 2-3 cm distance from the edge of
the Press. Brew for 3 to 4 minutes. Shorter brewing time
will let you obtain a weaker brew. Once the desired time
is up, press the plunger slowly and steadily to the bottom
of the Press. Pour the brew into cups and enjoy the taste
of coffee.
French Press is excellent for brewing loose leaf tea. To
obtain the most aromatic and tastiest beverage follow
the label on the package, especially the brewing time
and temperature of water. Once the tea brew is ready,
immediately pour it into cups.

directions of use: Warm the mug up before every use:
just pour hot water on it for about 3 minutes. As a result,
the mug will keep the warm temperature for as long as
it can. Next, pour the water out and quickly fill the mug
with hot beverage. In case of cold drinks, cool the inside
of the mug with cold water (e.g. with ice cubes). Prepare
your mug this way, fill it with a delicious drink and take it
anywhere you go!
tips and warnings: Wash the mug with a soft cloth
and a bit of a mild cleaner. Do not soak the mug before
cleaning. In case of heavy dirt or discolourations (for
instant, as a result of having left the drink in the mug for
many hours), fill the mug with water and a bit of lemon
juice and leave it for 3 to 4 hours. Next, wash and rinse it
thoroughly. For the mug to stay airtight, twist the lid with
moderate strength. In order not to damage the mug, do
not twist the lid too strongly. Do not fill the mug over 80%
of its capacity because it can be damaged. Do not heat
the beverage in the mug or leave it near heat sources.
