PCC&E: An Overview

Pre-Contract Commercial & Estimating (PCC&E) is an Amey group support function whose role is to
provide pre-contract commercial & estimating support to bidding opportunities across all of Amey’s
Business Units.

We are a lean and efficient team of under thirty people with multi-sector experience and have
supported Amey on some of its biggest projects.

We maintain strong links with our internal customers in business units and are able to tailor the
support based upon their individual requirements and the risk/value of the bidding opportunity they
are pursuing.

One of the ways we do this is by maintaining visibility of the way in which our staff our utilised and
developing standard processes to ensure consistent quality in the service we offer.

The following profiles have been produced by the PCC&E team in order to provide you with an
