FIONA RATCLIFFE Fiona has over 10 years experience in the City market and was made a Partner at Knight
Partner Frank in 2015. She is involved in all lease advisory matters but focusses on negotiating rent
City Lease Advisory reviews for landlords and tenants, priding herself on her forensic eye for detail.

JAMES THISTLE James joined Knight Frank in July 2014 to support the City Lease Advisory team and was
Associate promoted to Associate in 2017.
