ALL YOUR POSITIVES AND NEGATIVES.
WHAT ARE YOUR POSITIVE
QUALITIES? ARE YOU LOYAL?
FRIENDLY? ARTISTIC? WHAT ARE
SOME OF THE CHALLENGES YOU
FACE?
WHAT ITEMS YOU’LL NEED
A MIRROR
TWO WHITEBOARD MARKERS IN
DIFFERENT COLORS
WINDOW CLEANER
A PAPER TOWEL
CAMERA (OPTIONAL)
A CHALLENGE DOES NOT HAVE TO BE A NEGATIVE QUALITY. IT’S JUST
SOMETHING YOU HAVE TO OVERCOME IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE YOUR
GOALS. FOR EXAMPLE, THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH BEING SHY
ABOUT SPEAKING IN PUBLIC. HOWEVER, IF YOU WANT TO BECOME A
FAMOUS TALK SHOW HOST, IT BECOMES A CHALLENGE.
sTepS
1.Think about your positive qualities.
2.Select one marker and write down as
many of them as you can think of on the
mirror. Everyone has great qualities, so
your minimum is 8 positives—but you
should keep going until you can’t think
of anything else!
3.Think about all the challenges you face
when trying to achieve your goals.
4.Using the other marker, write them
down.
5.Look at all your positive qualities and
challenges. Draw a line from challenges
you face to some positive qualities that
could help you overcome them. For
example, a shy person with the positive
quality of being funny could connect
them—since humor can help you make
connections.
6.Once you’re done, take a picture so you can
clearly see yourself in the mirror with some
of your challenges, and all the great
qualities you have to overcome them!
WHO WILL YOU BE IN 10 YEARS?
WHO WILL YOU BE IN 20 YEARS?
30 YEARS? THE PERSON THAT YOU DREAM
OF TODAY MIGHT BE THE PERSON YOU
BECOME TOMORROW.
TAKE A MOMENT TO CONSIDER WHO YOU
WILL BECOME. DRAW A SELF-IMAGE OF
WHO YOU WANT TO BE IN 10 YEARS, 20
YEARS, AND 30 YEARS. DON'T BE SHY

ARTWORK

4.Am I in school? Do I have a job? If
so, what am I doing?
