FINALLY! YOUR SENIOR YEAR IS ALMOST HERE
and we are so happy to be a part of it! Our current and
past Adair Senior Models often say that being on our
team is one of the highlights of their senior year!
Making friends outside of normal school groups is only
one of the great experiences our seniors value. We have
lots of fun in store for this senior class including, of
course, the popular and exciting senior model group
session that will be scheduled this summer.
Welcome to the team, Class of 2018! We can’t wait to
photograph you and get to know you better over the
next year!

THE MODEL

PROGRAM

Each year we select seniors from area high schools to represent us during their final year in high school. Basically,
this program is three-fold:

OUR STUDIO benefits when the senior models love our work and share their model images with their
friends on social media;

SENIORS have fun being photographed and being the “face of the year” for our studio --- not to mention
the new friendships that are formed by meeting other seniors from other schools through our program;

PARENTS benefit by receiving savings on their son/daughter’s senior portraits. In addition, you will
also receive studio credit everytime someone books a session with us and mentions your child’s name.

Another popular benefit is the complimentary family photo session each model-family receives. In many cases, it’s
the first family portrait that’s been created since your senior was in grade school. For most, it will be the last family
portrait before the family grows with marriage and grandchildren!

This program has grown throughout the years, as this is our 7th group of Senior Models. Our senior families
become life-long clients and we love getting to know each and every family through this program during the year!

BOOK YOUR SENIOR PORTRAITS WITH ADAIR PHOTOGRAPHY

1 The free senior model session and the free Family session both require you to book your
official senior portrait session with our studio. Book by July 1, 2017 to receive the discount.
Senior portraits can be taken anytime between August 1st through November 30th, 2017.

SHARE US ON SOCIAL MEDIA 2

This part is pretty easy, you can share us on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. We require that
you TAG Adair Photography on your social media a minimum of 5 times during your senior
year. PARENTS count too!

REPRESENT ONLY OUR STUDIO DURING SENIOR YEAR

3 Please understand that photographing with another photographer during senior year is a
conflict of interest for us. Thus, voiding your agreement and resulting in termination.
Using the yearbook photographer for your school for formal yearbook images is the only
exception. That’s totally fine and we understand it’s a requirement.

Senior Models receive a FREE group model session during the summer before senior year when booking their
own senior session with our studio. Senior Models will receive a discount on their own senior portraits as follows:

NOTE: Session fees do not include prints & products.

Senior portraits must be booked by 7/1/17 but can be photo-
graphed up through 11/30/17.

You will also receive 10% off of your entire portrait order
when scheduling a senior session with us by the above dead-
line.

You will also receive $25 portrait studio credit towards either
your senior portrait order or any future portrait session with
us for every friend that books their senior session with us
through your senior year and mentions your name. Your
friends receive a $50 portrait credit towards their own portrait
order when mentioning your name.

You will receive a complimentary family session with us to be
used by July thru October 31st of your graduating year. The
session fee is waived ($225 value) and requires only a $50
reservation fee to book the date (this $50 reservation fee is
100% credited at your order session towards your print
order). Family portrait session must be reserved by 7/1/17
with senior session; future photo date to be chosen on a date
of your choosing based on availability on our schedule.
Portrait session can include your entire family or just the
siblings, your choice.

• MODEL SESSION DATES:
Each model will be sent 3 to 4 dates to choose from. Photo session will be scheduled between July and August this
summer. Themes will be unknown to models until your date is confirmed.

• THE STYLE THEMES:
Prior to your photo session date, you will be sent a THEME together with MOOD BOARDS to give you some
inspirations to draw from. We want YOUR STYLE combined with our vision.

• TEXTING YOUR OUTFIT IDEA:
We will ask you to TEXT your outfit to us. If you have several ideas – great! We will help you! Simply snap a cell
phone photo and text to us. Mainly, we want to make sure that there is enough variety between the models.

• LOCATION AND DETAILS:
We will send you all of the details prior to your date--where to come for the session (we use different locations for
each); makeup, hair, etc.

• MODEL SUMMER DEBUT:
IT’S EXCITING! We will start rolling out the debuts of each model group in the summer shortly after the first
session. We will debut 1 to 2 images of each model on our Instagram and/or Facebook for the debut week.
Within 2 weeks after your debut you will receive a mobile phone app with a total of 5 to 6 images plus 1 to 3 group
images. Model Debut Weeks are lots of fun; our models love the anticipation of their own debut week!

• SHARING CONTENTS:
WE SIMPLY REQUIRE YOU TO SHARE IMAGES throughout your senior year on Instagram, Twitter and
Facebook and tag us @adairphotography on Instagram and Adair Photography on Facebook.
If you participate in any of the optional extra model session throughout the year, we will require you to share at
least one image per shoot on your social media with a tag back to us. A parent tagging on Facebook also counts!

• ORDERING IMAGES:
Many of our clients ask if they can order actual prints from the model session; the answer is yes. You can order
prior to your official senior session and we have mini model packages available that include a choice of a Model
Portfolio Collection and A la carte, each with model savings.

Most of our senior clients prefer the late summer/early fall before senior year for senior portraits, and there are
so many reasons for doing it at that time of year! The colors, the weather, the fact that you still have color from
your summer tan!
But many also want to include their college sweatshirt and/or prom dress, especially for the grad card. Or, some
simply love both seasons and are torn between the two!
For our senior models only, we offer the DUO SEASON SESSION at a savings when booking at the same time as
your senior session.
Our Spring schedule books months in advance and we only offer a limited number of these “Duo-Season”
sessions for the spring. First come first serve.
The spring session includes 2 outfits at the studio: collegiate+prom, or 2 spring looks of your choice (outdoors
or indoors or both)

$175 Session Fee ($75 if booked on or before 7/1/17)

Our models appear on our websites, social media sites, various printed promo
pieces, lookbooks, sample products and potentially in national publications

that Adair Photography is asked to write for or submit to.
You will also have a special feature on our website “current models” section,

to be published by September 2017 located at adairphotography.net
