Pineapple Poke Cake
Why I Chose this?
Well, this is a tricky topic, but I chose this because I didn’t just want to do
another ordinary dessert like chocolate chip cookies. So, I chose to do a exotic
fruit dessert like Pineapple Poke Cake. Pineapple Poke cake is a pineapple cake
that is very spongy. I know you want to try some so lucky for you I brought
some. With a sweet glaze it will wash away the thoughts of not liking fruity
desserts.

Event: SuperBowl Party
It’s time for Super Bowl 53 and the Matchup is the Ram’s V.S Chiefs. The game is fun and
all but another part of a Super Bowl party people look forward too is the food, and this
year I was in charge of Making the Dessert. So, I decided to make a Pineapple Poke Cake.
The Original recipe only served 8 people and 38 people were coming to the part so I had
to Scale my Recipe by 5 ½ . I scaled it by 5 ½ because I want people not to feel guilty if they
take 2 pieces because it is so great. So, in total the recipe will make 44 pieces of Pineapple
Poke Cake. Oh, and Go Chiefs.
