Virtual Workshop Series

MAY 2020

This Teacher & Future Educators - Virtual Workshop Series is presented by the Teach
Los Angeles Regional Collaborative in celebration of Teacher Appreciation Month.

WHO WE ARE TEACHLARC.ORG
(657) 234-7649 •
Teach LARC is a regional consortium of education, [email protected]
business, and community partners dedicated to
facilitating access to in-demand teaching careers. OUR WORK
Funded by a grant from the California Community
College Chancellor’s Office, Teach LARC is part of a
broader statewide campaign seeking to provide clearer
avenues to these critical occupations, particularly for
traditionally undeserved populations.

Through curated partnerships with PreK-12
institutions, the California State University system,
and more, Teach LARC strives to set a future-minded
foundation for regional teacher education,
addressing critical workforce shortages while
promoting access, equity and social mobility through
career education.

Teach LARC’s services are aligned with the California
Community Colleges Teacher Preparation Programs
(CCC TPP) – a set of initiatives aimed at nurturing a
diverse, well-qualified teaching workforce.

The Teach Los Angeles Regional Collaborative is funded in part by the Strong Workforce Program regional
projects allocation funding as part of the Teacher Preparation/STEM-CTE project in the Los Angeles region.
