Abstract
This research aims were 1) to develop the Thai language learning skills practice to be
effective in accordance with 80/80 standard criterion 2) to develop the learning achievement
in reading and writing basic Thai words of Prathom Suksa 2 students. In 2017, 41 students
were obtained by purposive sample. The instruments employed to collect information were:
10 basic reading and writing skills practice exercises and 30 multiple-choice learning
achievement tests using the One Group Pre-test Post-test Design. Analysis of the
effectiveness of the Thai language learning skills exercise according to the 80/80 criteria
utilizing the formula E1 / E2.
