Despite occasional criticisms, the advantages of social media are vast and undeniable, revolutionizing various aspects of our lives. First and foremost, social media serves as a powerful tool for communication and networking. Whether it's staying in touch with friends and family or networking with professionals, social media bridges the gap and facilitates seamless interaction. Moreover, social media offers unparalleled opportunities for businesses to reach their target audience. Through targeted advertising and content marketing strategies, companies can engage with potential customers, increase brand visibility, and drive sales. The ability to gather insights through analytics further enhances marketing effectiveness, enabling businesses to refine their strategies based on real-time data. Platforms like YouTube and Instagram have democratized education, allowing individuals to access a wealth of information on diverse topics ranging from cooking recipes to academic lectures. Additionally, social media fosters creativity and self-expression, empowering users to share their ideas, talents, and experiences with a global audience. Essay on Articles Question 1

Furthermore, social media has proven instrumental in driving social change and raising awareness about important issues. Movements like #BlackLivesMatter and #MeToo have gained momentum through social media, sparking conversations, and catalyzing realworld action. In conclusion, the advantages of social media are manifold, transcending boundaries and enriching lives in myriad ways. Essay on Articles Question 2 Title: The Environmental Impact of Recycling at Home Recycling at home is a simple yet effective way to contribute to environmental sustainability. By taking small steps to separate and recycle household waste, individuals can make a significant difference in reducing pollution and conserving resources. One of the primary benefits of recycling at home is the reduction of waste sent to landfills. Instead of allowing items like paper, plastic, glass, and metal to pile up in landfills where they can take hundreds of years to decompose, recycling ensures that these materials are repurposed and reused. This not only conserves valuable landfill space but also reduces the harmful emissions produced by decomposing waste. Recycling also plays a crucial role in conserving natural resources. By reusing materials such as paper and metal, we can reduce the need for raw materials extracted from the environment. For example, recycling one ton of paper saves 17 trees, 7,000 gallons of water, and 463 gallons of oil. Similarly, recycling aluminum cans saves 95% of the energy required to produce them from raw materials. Furthermore, recycling helps to decrease energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. Manufacturing products from recycled materials typically requires less energy than producing them from raw materials. This results in lower carbon emissions and helps combat climate change. To incorporate recycling into your daily routine, start by setting up designated recycling bins for different types of materials in your home. Familiarize yourself with local recycling guidelines to ensure that you are sorting and disposing of recyclables correctly. Additionally, consider reducing waste by opting for reusable products and composting organic materials. In conclusion, recycling at home is a simple yet impactful way to protect the environment. By making conscious choices to recycle and reduce waste, individuals can contribute to a cleaner, healthier planet for future generations.

Title: Teens and Entertainment: The Digital Revolution's Impact In today's digital age, entertainment plays an integral role in the lives of teenagers, shaping their perspectives, preferences, and even their identities. The proliferation of smartphones, streaming platforms, and social media has ushered in a new era of accessibility and diversity in entertainment, offering teens a vast array of choices at their fingertips. The allure of entertainment for teens lies not only in its capacity to entertain but also in its potential to connect, inspire, and reflect their lived experiences. Whether it's bingewatching the latest series, scrolling through TikTok videos, or immersing themselves in gaming worlds, teens are actively engaging with entertainment as both consumers and creators. However, this unprecedented access to entertainment is not without its challenges. The digital landscape can be a double-edged sword, offering both enrichment and potential pitfalls. Excessive screen time, exposure to inappropriate content, and the pressure to curate a perfect online persona can pose significant risks to teen mental health and wellbeing. Moreover, the omnipresence of entertainment in teen culture raises important questions about its impact on social interactions, academic performance, and overall development. As teens navigate the complexities of adolescence, striking a balance between entertainment and other life priorities becomes crucial. In conclusion, teens and entertainment share a symbiotic relationship, with each influencing and shaping the other in myriad ways. While the digital revolution has democratized access to entertainment, it also underscores the importance of fostering critical media literacy skills and promoting responsible digital citizenship among teens. Title: School Canteens: Nourishing Minds and Bodies School canteens serve as more than just food dispensaries; they are integral components of the educational ecosystem, playing a pivotal role in shaping students' nutritional habits, overall health, and even academic performance. As the adage goes, "you are what you eat," and this sentiment resonates profoundly within the confines of educational institutions where the seeds of lifelong dietary preferences and habits are sown. The importance of healthy eating in schools cannot be overstated. With childhood obesity rates on the rise and lifestyle-related diseases becoming increasingly prevalent, school canteens wield significant influence in promoting balanced diets and instilling healthy eating habits from a young age. By offering nutritious meal options that are both appealing and affordable, canteens can empower students to make informed food choices and cultivate a lifelong appreciation for wholesome foods. Furthermore, school canteens serve as communal spaces where students gather, socialize, and engage in shared experiences centered around food. These interactions foster a sense of belonging, camaraderie, and cultural exchange, enriching the school's social fabric and promoting cross-cultural understanding. However, the role of school canteens extends beyond mere nutrition and socialization; it also intersects with broader educational objectives. By integrating food and nutrition education into the school curriculum and collaborating with educators to reinforce healthy eating messages, canteens can contribute to a holistic educational experience that encompasses both intellectual and physical well-being. In conclusion, school canteens are multifaceted entities that hold the potential to nourish minds and bodies, foster social connections, and reinforce educational values. As such, they warrant careful attention, thoughtful planning, and collaborative efforts to ensure they serve as catalysts for promoting health, well-being, and educational excellence among students. Title: Anger Management in Schools: A Crucial Educational Imperative In the intricate landscape of modern education, anger management emerges as a pivotal skill set, transcending beyond mere emotional regulation to fundamentally shaping the socio-emotional fabric of educational institutions. Schools, traditionally seen as bastions of academic instruction, are increasingly recognized as foundational platforms for holistic development. Central to this evolution is the cultivation of emotional intelligence, with anger management occupying a paramount position. The academic journey is replete with challenges—be it rigorous curricula, peer interactions, or societal pressures. These challenges, while formative, can also be potent triggers for anger and frustration among students. Hence, a proactive approach to anger management is not a mere adjunct to the educational process; it is an essential component for nurturing resilient, empathetic, and emotionally balanced individuals. Moreover, the implications of effective anger management extend far beyond individual well-being. A school environment characterized by emotional equilibrium fosters enhanced interpersonal relationships, constructive conflict resolution, and a culture of mutual respect and understanding. Such an environment is not only conducive to academic excellence but also lays the foundation for responsible citizenship in a diverse and interconnected global community. In conclusion, anger management in schools transcends the boundaries of individual emotional regulation to become a collective educational imperative. By integrating robust anger management strategies into the educational ethos, schools can empower students with the tools to navigate the complexities of the human experience with grace, resilience, and compassion. Savoring the Artistry: A Love Letter to Sushi Introduction: When it comes to culinary delights, few dishes evoke the same sense of elegance, precision, and sheer delight as sushi. Originating in Japan, this iconic creation has transcended borders and become a global sensation. Allow me to take you on a journey through the delicate flavors, impeccable presentation, and cultural significance of sushi. Body: 1.The Symphony of Ingredients: Freshness: Sushi is a celebration of pristine ingredients. The raw fish (sashimi), vinegared rice, and seaweed (nori) harmonize to create a symphony of flavors. Each piece is a canvas for the chef’s artistry. Texture Play: The contrast between the buttery tuna, silky salmon, and briny eel dances on the palate. Add a touch of wasabi and soy sauce, and you’re in for a sensory adventure. 2. The Omakase Experience: Trust the Chef: Opt for omakase (chef’s choice) at a traditional sushi bar. The chef curates a sequence of nigiri and rolls, tailoring it to your preferences. It’s like a personalized concert for your taste buds. Surprises Await: Omakase introduces you to seasonal delicacies— perhaps uni (sea urchin) or toro (fatty tuna). Each morsel tells a story of the sea. Essay on Reviews QUestion 1

Conclusion: In the world of gastronomy, sushi stands as a beacon of elegance, precision, and flavor. Whether you’re a seasoned connoisseur or a curious novice, take that first bite. Let the delicate rice dissolve, the fish sing, and the wasabi tingle. Sushi isn’t just a meal; it’s an experience—an edible poem that transcends borders and unites food lovers worldwide.

Essay on Reviews Question 2 “Dune: Part 1” – A Sci-Fi Epic Unfolds Denis Villeneuve’s adaptation of Frank Herbert’s iconic novel “Dune” has finally hit the big screen, and it arrives with both anticipation and skepticism. As we delve into the desert planet of Arrakis, let’s explore the cinematic journey that is “Dune: Part 1.” 1. The Magnificent Visuals From the very first frame, “Dune: Part 1” immerses us in a world of breathtaking visuals. The vast desert landscapes, towering sand dunes, and futuristic cities are rendered with meticulous detail. Villeneuve’s vision captures the grandeur of Herbert’s universe, making every frame a work of art. Whether it’s the colossal sandworms or the shimmering spice mines, the film transports us to a realm where imagination knows no bounds. 2. Stellar Performances The cast of “Dune” delivers commendable performances. Timothée Chalamet as the young protagonist, Paul Atreides, brings depth and vulnerability to his role. His journey from a sheltered prince to a reluctant messiah is portrayed with nuance. Rebecca Ferguson as Paul’s mother, Lady Jessica, exudes strength and mystery. And let’s not forget Oscar Isaac as Duke Leto Atreides, whose paternal warmth contrasts with the political intrigue surrounding him. 3. The Soundtrack Hans Zimmer’s score for “Dune” is nothing short of epic. The haunting melodies blend seamlessly with the desert vistas, enhancing the film’s emotional impact. From the tribal beats during action sequences to the melancholic themes underscoring Paul’s inner turmoil, the music elevates every scene. It’s a soundtrack that lingers long after the credits roll.

4. Faithful Adaptation Villeneuve’s decision to split the novel into two parts allows for a more faithful adaptation. “Dune: Part 1” covers roughly the first half of Herbert’s book, introducing us to the power struggles, ecological themes, and mystical elements. By avoiding rushed storytelling, the film gives each character room to breathe. The opening title, boldly proclaiming “Part One,” promises more to come—a promise we eagerly await. 5. What’s Missing? While “Dune: Part 1” excels in world-building and character development, some fans may miss the quirky charm of David Lynch’s cult-classic 1984 adaptation. Lynch’s version had its flaws, but it left an indelible mark on sci-fi enthusiasts. Additionally, the mysticism inherent in Herbert’s novel could have been explored further. Nevertheless, Villeneuve’s restraint ensures that the story unfolds at a manageable pace, avoiding the pitfalls of previous adaptations. Conclusion As the credits roll, we’re left hungry for more—a testament to the film’s success. “Dune: Part 1” sets the stage for an epic saga, promising political intrigue, ecological allegory, and cosmic revelations. Whether you’re a die-hard fan or a newcomer to Arrakis, this cinematic journey is worth embarking upon. And remember, this is just the beginning. In summary, “Dune: Part 1” delivers stunning visuals, strong performances, and a faithful adaptation of Herbert’s novel. While it lacks some of the original’s quirks, it sets the stage for an epic sci-fi saga. So grab your stillsuit and venture into the sands of Arrakis—it’s a ride you won’t soon forget!

Last year, my family and I went to Melaka for a holiday. We stayed at a five-star hotel. It was a great holiday. Last week, we went to Melaka. Melaka is my family’s favourite holiday destination. My father booked a homestay. We stayed at a homestay. The owner is Mr Razak. He started his homestay business three years ago. I like the homestay because it is small bungalow. It has a good parking space. Besides, it is near a food court. It is easy for us to buy foods. My mother said she felt lazy to cook at the homestay so we just bought foods at the food court. Next, the homestay has four rooms. I love all the rooms. The rooms are clean. I do not like two things about the homestay. First, it was noisy at night. There is a karaoke centre at the food court. I could not sleep when the singers sang loudly. Some of them were terrible singers. Moreover, it is far from town. My father had to drive for 45 minutes to go to town. I do not wish to recommend the homestay to my relatives. It is noisy. All the singing activities only stop at 2.00 a.m. Moreover, it is far from town. I am sure they can find a better homestay or hotel in town. To conclude, Melaka has a special place in my heart. I want to visit Melaka again. I do not want to stay at a homestay but I want to stay at a hotel. Essay on Reviews Question 6

Essay on Narrative Question 5 As the deadline loomed, I found myself caught in the familiar web of procrast inat ion. However, armed wi th determinat ion and a few effect ive tact ics, I was ready to break free. One strategy that proved invaluable was set t ing specific, achievable goals for each day. Instead of overwhelming myself wi th a mountain of tasks, I broke them down into smaller, manageable chunks. This made the workload seem less daunt ing and allowed me to track my progress effect ively. Addi t ionally, I learned the importance of priori t izing tasks based on their urgency and importance. By tackling high-priori ty tasks first , I avoided the trap of procrast inat ing on crucial responsibili t ies. Another crucial aspect was learning to manage stress and overwhelm effect ively. I adopted relaxat ion techniques like deep breathing exercises and regular breaks to clear my mind and rejuvenate my energy levels. This helped me approach tasks wi th a calm and composed mindset , reducing the likelihood of procrast inat ion. Furthermore, I made use of technology to my advantage. I ut ilized product ivi ty apps and tools to create to-do lists, set reminders, and track progress. These digi tal aids kept me organized and mot ivated me to stay product ive and efficient . Collaborat ion and seeking support were also instrumental in overcoming procrast inat ion. I engaged wi th peers or mentors for feedback, advice, and encouragement , creat ing a support ive network that kept me mot ivated and accountable. Moreover, I pract iced cont inuous self-reflect ion and adjustment of my strategies. I ident ified what worked best for me and made adjustments to ensure sustained product ivi ty and personal growth. By combining these strategies and staying commi t ted to my goals, I overcame procrast inat ion and cul t ivated a more product ive and fulfilling work ethic.

Essay on Narrative Question 6 I embarked on an unexpected journey in the heart of a bust ling ci ty, where screens flicker and digi tal pulses echo. A week wi thout internet and technology. The decision was both daunt ing and liberat ing, like stepping into a sepia- toned photograph. The first morning, I reached for my phone out of habi t , only to find i t powered down. The silence was disconcert ing. No not ificat ions, no virtual chat ter. I wandered into the ki tchen, brewed coffee, and sat by the window. The world outside seemed more vivid, as if colour had wai ted pat ient ly for my at tent ion. Wi thout the internet , my daily rhythm shif ted. Instead of swiping through news feeds, I read a paperback novel. The crisp pages whispering secrets of distant lands. I dusted off my neglected gui tar, i ts strings protest ing wi th a rusty tune. My fingers stumbled, but the music fel t raw and real. The absence of technology revealed forgot ten pleasures. I walked to the neighborhood park, where children played tag and elderly couples shared stories on wooden benches. Conversat ions flowed wi thout emojis or abbreviat ions. Faces li t up, unfil tered by screens. At work, my desk fel t oddly spacious. No emails demanding immediate at tent ion, no virtual meet ings. I wrote wi th pen and paper, the ink leaving a tangible mark on the page. My colleagues gathered in the break room, discussing ideas face- to-face. We laughed more and connected more deeply. Evenings were different . Instead of binge-watching shows, I strolled through the streets. Neon signs blinked, cast ing a warm glow on cobblestone paths. I discovered a quant bookstore tucked away. A treasure trove of paperbacks, their spines worn from count less readers. The owner, an elderly man wi th twinkling eyes, recommended a novel that changed my perspect ive.

Essay on Narrative As the week unfolded, I not iced subt le shif ts. My mind fel t less clut tered as if the digi tal noise had dissipated. I slept bet ter and dreamed untethered from screens. Wi thout constant not ificat ions, I listened to the rust le of leaves, distant laughter, and my own heartbeat . On the seventh day, I sat by the window again, watching the sunrise. The world would not collapsed wi thout Wi-Fi. In fact , i t had expanded. I missed convenience, the maps, and the instant answers. Life was simpler, slower, and richer. When the internet returned, I hesi tated before pressing the power but ton. Emails flooded in, deadlines loomed, and the virtual world beckoned. But I carried something precious. A memory of a week when pixels faded and reali ty bloomed.

Essay on Reports Question 1 To: The Principal, SMK Taman Greenhill, Petaling Jaya. REPORT ON BULLYING INCIDENT WITNESSED DURING RECESS I was the prefect on duty at the canteen on Thursday, 21 March 2024, when witnessed a disturbing incident. A group of big-sized, boisterous students gathered under a tree at the corner of the school field. They were talking and laughing loudly. Suddenly, two young students passed them on their way to the canteen. I saw one of the boys whistle to them to come over. The two boys hesitated before proceeding to the canteen. The group came over and surrounded the two boys angrily. They began shoving the two boys who were much younger and smaller in size. One of the boys began to cry. The group started laughing loudly and teasing the two boys. Then one of them, presumably the ringleader, said something to the two boys. I saw the two boys remove their wallets from the pockets and hand them to the ringleader. The ringleader then remove the money from the wallets before he threw them far away. He asked the two boys to retrieve the wallets by themselves. I saw the two boys run to retrieve the wallets before they made their way quickly to the canteen. I e boys to find out what had happened. They told me that the group of bullies had been bullying younger students and extorting money from them. I promptly reported the matter to the principal and advised the two boys to lodge a report with the discipline teacher. Submitted by, __________________________ (AARON CHIN) Prefect

Essay on Reports Question 2 Understanding Tardiness Among Students and Strategies for Improvement Tardiness among students is a pervasive issue in educational institutions worldwide. Several factors contribute to students arriving late to school, impacting their academic performance and disrupting the learning environment. One of the primary reasons for student tardiness is inadequate time management skills. Many students struggle to organize their morning routines effectively, leading to delays in leaving home and reaching school on time. Additionally, some students face transportation challenges, relying on unreliable public transportation or facing traffic congestion, especially in urban areas. Family responsibilities, such as younger siblings or household chores, can also cause delays for students in the morning. Furthermore, late-night study sessions or irregular sleep patterns due to excessive screen time or social activities can result in oversleeping, contributing to tardiness. Additionally, disengagement or lack of motivation towards school can lead some students to prioritize other activities over punctuality. To address these challenges, schools can implement various strategies to promote punctuality among students. Educational institutions should educate students about the importance of time management and provide them with tools and resources to develop effective routines. Schools can also collaborate with local transportation authorities to improve transportation options for students, ensuring timely arrival at school. Moreover, creating a supportive and engaging learning environment can motivate students to attend school regularly. In conclusion, understanding the underlying reasons for student tardiness and implementing targeted strategies can help educational institutions foster a culture of punctuality, enhancing academic success and overall school experience for students.

Essay on Reports Question 4 To: The Discipline Teacher SMK Damansara Jaya DISCIPLINARY PROBLEMS IN SCHOOL The school prefects have given me feedback on the disciplinary problems they have encountered while performing their duties. The issues are as follows: 1. Tardiness among students Tardiness is prevalent among the students, as many of them arrive at the school after the bell has rung at 7:30 a.m. Although the prefects have given several verbal warnings, these students remain unfazed. The prefects have also noted that these students come to school in private cars and have no excuse for being habitually late. The prefects have suggested that teachers impose harsher punishment, such as detention for latecomers. 2. Smoking in toilets The prefects have caught a few students smoking in the toilets before school and during recess. Some even dash to the restrooms between lessons to smoke. Most of the students do not heed the warnings from the prefects. It is suggested that spot checks be conducted so that prohibited items can be confiscated. Besides that, parents of errant students will be informed of their children’s misbehaviour. 3. Graffiti Students who hang around at the corridors and the staircases during recess tend to scribble on the walls. Although the maintenance staff has often repainted the walls, the problem remains. It is suggested that students be allowed only in the canteen or the hall during recess. Corrective action will be taken against those who are caught dirtying school property with graffiti. For example, they will clean up the mess after school.

Essay on Reports We hope that our feedback has been useful and that the principal and teachers will act against the errant students on the issued stated above. Prepared by, ____________________ (ALVIN ROY) Head Prefect)

A Missing Boy Found in Taman Negara JERANTUT, Wednesday __ A missing 14-year old boy was finally found yesterday by villagers of Kg. Dusun. Mustakim b. Ibrahim , one of the boy scouts from SMK Bandar Baru Temerloh, went for a camping trip organized by his school. He told the reporter about his two-night ordeal in the jungle. After he and his team had set up their tent, they went jungle-trekking as part of their threeday activities in Taman Negara. He was walking behind the others when suddenly he saw a deer nearby. He was really fascinated by the deer. He wandered off to follow the deer. Suddenly, he realized he was not with his group. He could not find the way out because he brought neither a compass nor map with him. He had to spend the night in the jungle alone even though he was afraid of darkness. On the next morning, he walked through the jungle but unfortunately, he still could not find his way out. He felt hopeless after a long day. He heard noises of wild animals and became frightened. He then made a decision to sleep on a tree for safety. On the second day he finally found a river and walked to a small village. He got help from the villagers who gave him food and drink and later on sent him back to the campsite. His teacher and friends were happy to see him again. It was a great relief that he was safe and sound Essay on Reports Question 5

School Camping: A Transformative Educational Experience School camping trips have long been considered an integral component of holistic education, offering students a unique platform to learn beyond the confines of a traditional classroom. These excursions provide a plethora of experiential learning opportunities that foster personal growth, enhance interpersonal skills, and cultivate a deeper appreciation for nature. One of the most salient benefits of school camping is its capacity to instill resilience and adaptability in students. Encountering unfamiliar terrains, weather conditions, or group dynamics challenges individuals to step out of their comfort zones, thereby honing problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence. Moreover, the communal living environment encourages teamwork and collaboration, as students collaborate on tasks such as setting up tents, preparing meals, or navigating hiking trails. These shared experiences forge bonds of camaraderie, fostering a sense of belonging and interconnectedness among participants. Additionally, school camping serves as a powerful conduit for environmental education. Immersed in natural landscapes, students develop a profound respect for biodiversity and ecological sustainability. They gain firsthand insights into the delicate balance of ecosystems, thereby cultivating environmentally responsible attitudes and behaviors. Furthermore, the absence of technological distractions during camping trips promotes mindfulness and introspection. Away from screens and constant connectivity, students have the opportunity to engage in reflective practices, enhancing their self-awareness and mindfulness. In conclusion, school camping is not merely a recreational activity but a transformative educational experience that nurtures holistic development. By integrating experiential learning, fostering interpersonal connections, promoting environmental stewardship, and encouraging mindfulness, camping trips offer invaluable lessons that resonate far beyond the duration of the excursion.
