देशभक्ति जैसे शब्द मन में आते ही सबसे पहले जो छवि सा मने आती है वो है एक सैनि क की । या नी जब भी देशभक्ति का जि क्र हो तो उसका सी धा सा अर्थ सेना के जवा न से ही लेते है। ये सही है कि सैनि क देश की सेवा करते हैं वे सी मा प्रहरी भी हैं। लेकि न ये भी सही है कि हममें से प्रत्येक ना गरि क कि सी न कि सी रूप में, प्रत्यक्ष अथवा परो क्ष रूप से देश की सेवा कर सकता है।है देश हमें सब कुछ देता है लेकि न हमा रे भी देश के प्रति कर्त्तव्य है कई ऐसी बा तें हैं जो देखने में बड़ी छो टी नजर आती है लेकि न यदि हम ध्या न दें तो इन पर अमल करें तो हम वा स्तव में देशभक्त बनकर देश की सेवा कर सकते है जैसे- 1- रा ष्ट्री य ध्वज,रा ष्ट्री य गा न और रा ष्ट्री य चि ह्न का सम्मा न करे 2- यथा संभव पा नी बचा एं, एं इससे प्रा णी मा त्र के सा थ-सा थ देश का भी हि त हो गा ।

हमा रे दि ल्ली सरका र के वि द्या लयों में 2019 से एक नया का र्यक्रम आरंभ कि या गया EMC इस का र्यक्रम द्वा रा हमें बच्चों को इस यो ग्य बना ना है कि बच्चे नौ करी प्रा प्त करने के पी छे न भा गे बल्कि कुछ इस यो ग्य बनें कि अपना को ई रो जगा र स्वयं शुरू करें तथा दूसरों लो गों को भी नौ करी देने वा ले बनें।नें EMC के अंतर्गत हमा रे वि द्या लय में बहुत सा री गति वि धि यां करा ई जा रही हैं। जि समें बच्चों का उत्सा ह देखते ही बनता है।हैयह का र्यक्रम कक्षा 9वीं से 12वीं तक के बच्चों के लि ए चला ए जा रहा है। प्रत्येक दि न की शुरुआत 2-3 मि नट के mindfulness के अभ्या स के सा थ हो ती है। यह बच्चों के मन और मस्ति ष्क को शां त रखने में सहा यक है और इससे एका ग्रता भी बढ़ती है। नि र्णय लेने की क्षमता का वि का स हो ता है। प्रत्येक मा ह के पहले सो मवा र को EMC का पूरा सत्र mindfulness गति वि धि पर केंद्रि त रहता है।

The world never cared for her being, I am still a lost soul. Her demeanour was detested for laying As she held her’self apart from traps and hole. Why am I subjected to curfews, I did not misbehave with anybody! Why am I subjugated to the norms and decorums, I am an equal being! For my being was not produced to be pale, I was born to throw away all that was unjust and stale.
I wake up, rise and shine everyday, for I have seen women, who fight, conquer the world over, even though they are termed loony. I wish to be that loony and greedy and would wield every opportunity voraciously to attain heights that were considered unattainable. I am not weak, as you manifest, You can’t break my spirit or my jest. I am the force to reckon with, You can build lies and I shall still find frith.
