Goodman & Gale are a North West based property Development Company, owned and run
by childhood friends Michael Goodman and Martin Gale. The aim of the partnership from
the start was to design, develop and deliver luxury homes in the popular area of Northwich,
Cheshire.
Michael has owned and run many businesses over a 20 year period, recently Michael left his
role as Managing Director of TonerMan Ltd, which is still owned and run by the Goodman
family. Michael was looking for a new challenge to embark upon and having followed
Martin's success in the property industry with much interest, a proposition was made to
Martin to create a new company which develops residential properties.
Martin Gale currently owns and runs Gale Properties and has vast experience in the
industry, renovating, extending and building new homes. Martin is the Project Manager of
each development we undertake, ensuring the homes we build are built to the highest
possible standard.
Our most current development is in Northwich, Cheshire where there is a large
regeneration programme in progress. Our fantastic development, The Paddock, is located
in Hartford, a historic village in the beautiful area of Cheshire, the village enjoys excellent
