ABOUt PEM At PEM, we're more than just natural charcoal producers. With every container of charcoal, we aim to create it at premium quality, adding our part to each scrumptious and appetizing dish around the world. From our standardized factory in Hau Giang, we began to collect and produce Mangrove and Eucalyptus charcoal in 2010. Made from stable, high-grade raw material sources, PEM Mangrove charcoal made our name in the domestic market. Then, 2013 marked the beginning of our export journey. With the ability to understand customers’ demands and adapt to meet their needs, we proudly set sail, bringing the warmth and taste of our premium charcoal to restaurants and camping trips in Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and beyond. Passionate Ember Moment 87 STEP 1 Prepare and cut the wood materials to the required length. STEP 3 Close the kiln and burn it for 15 - 20 days. STEP 2 Transport wood into the kiln.
9 STEP 4 Let the kiln cool down for another 15 - 20 days. STEP 6 - Pack the charcoal based on customers’ orders. - Load them into containers, getting ready for export. STEP 5 - Filter unstandardized charcoal. - Only cut the standardized charcoal into the required length.
