Teen Anxiety
Anxiety is a very common mental condition that most teens deal with. Anxiety usually occurs around in children to middle age
kids or teens, it's also a slow development not a born-with symptom. Sometimes anxiety can get worse or it can get better, but it
depends if you live in stress or not. People with GAD(Generalized Anxiety Disorder) usually visit a doctor for a while before they are
diagnosed with Anxiety. You should always ask a doctor how to get rid of anxiety because you get headaches and usually have trouble
falling asleep at night because of anxiety but, you don't need help right away. It might take doctors a bit of time to be 100% sure you
have GAD instead of some other disorder. Depression can be caused by anxiety, which can make anxiety worse. Teen depression is a
very serious and common mental health problem. It can cause sadness and loss of interest in school or activities. It also affects how a
teenager acts or thinks, it can make them sad, rebellious, angry and a lot more. It also affects them physically, making them want to
hurt someone else. Depression can happen all the time, symptoms are different between adults and teenagers. Teen depression isn't a
weakness or something that can be fixed overnight, it can have serious consequences and it requires long treatments for mostly all
teens suffering with depression. Depression can be eased with treatment like medication and counseling. Depression can lead to many
terrible things like drugs and alcohol, it can also ruin friendships and relationships. It causes problems at work that could get you fired.
So, in the end depression isn't a come and go thing, it can stay with you for however long you let it, so really you decide whether you
want anxiety or depression.

Increase heat to medium-high; return to a low boil.
2 On lightly floured surface, roll or pat each biscuit to 1/8-inch thickness; cut into 1/2-inch-wide strips.
3 Drop strips, one at a time, into boiling chicken mixture. Add carrots and celery. Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent dumplings from
sticking.
This is a special recipe to me because it's a recipe my great grandmother always made when I was a baby, until i was 7 or 6. Chicken and dumplings is a surprisingly good meal because
it's like a soup but tastes a lot better than chicken noodle soup or any other soup. Every Time i ate chicken and dumplings I have enjoyed it because it was very delicious, and I that's all
she really made besides noodles and hotdogs. Its also not a very hard recipe to make there are only three steps to making some good chicken and dumplings. It takes less than 40
minutes to make this recipe, you also might have some of the ingredients in your house so you don't have to spend a lot of money. When you finish making your chicken and dumplings
you always want to have a drink with it, so i drink some nice fresh squeezed orange juice, it's refreshing.

Mrs. Anderson, 7th grade teacher who grew up on a farm with many animals. She had farm cats and farm dogs as pets, but they never came inside the house, because they

liked to stay outside. In her 3rd grade classes her very cool teacher (Mrs. Webster) influenced Mrs. Anderson to become a teacher (shout out Mrs. Webster). Besides being a teacher

Mrs. Anderson would want to become a photographer that travels around the world, that would be a good job to have after leaving a great teaching career behind. Mrs. Anderson likes to

listen to Christian music and contemporary Christian music, which is respectable. A common choice that many people like to watch, Mrs. Anderson likes to watch romantic comedies

which is the right way to go if you don't like action movies. Mrs. Anderson is a very funny teacher but when she was kid she might have been a lot funnier. She hid under her little brothers

bed until he came upstairs to lay down, and when he got comfortable she grabbed his arm and screamed horrifically, and I'm pretty sure he had to change his pants and his sheets. As a

professional teacher, it's necessary to make bonds and relationships with your students so they can be comfortable with you as their teacher and then later on you earn their respect. Mrs.

Anderson's favorite hobbies are to run Marathons, read (well she is an ELA/Reading teacher), hiking and to camp. Earlier in this interview you learned Mrs. Anderson has a brother, she

also has a sister, she is the oldest between her siblings(relatable). That concludes the interview for possibly one of the greatest teachers ever, Mrs. Anderson.

What A Surprise!
When I was a young boy I had a power wheel, and it was a red Mustang. I loved the car so much I drove it everyday, even
when it was raining. I was going to my grandma's house. I knew exactly where she lived and which ways to go. So one day my mom
and my dad were having a barbeque ( so remember i'm only 7) and like always I was on my power wheels. Then, in my head I thought
about going to my grandma's house, so when my mom and my dad were not paying attention I headed to my grandma’s house and
then I saw my friend at the park and stopped by to play with him. After what seems to be hours, I left the park and started to head to my
grandma’s house. Right before I get to the stop light, I hear sirens blaring down the street. Then next thing you know my mom ran to
get me and she was crying because she thought she lost me, then on my way home I got sprayed by a skunk and I had to take a bath.
It was not a good time for me I was in the bath for at least an hour.

My stitchy accident
So one night, I was about 6 years old and I wanted to jump on the bed. So I waited for my parents to go to sleep, when they
went to sleep I moved my little brother off his bed. So I start jumping off my bed to my brothers bed and I do it for a good five minutes.
Then, on the last jump i lost my footing and hit my head on a hard metal sharp thing that help up the bed. I started crying very loud and
I felt blood dripping from my forehead my mom comes downstairs and washes off my forehead and sees a deep cut in my head. I had
to go to the hospital and get stitches, when they were getting ready to sew the stitches they took a very long needle and numbed my
forehead which didn't help at all. When they were about to stitch up my forehead I swear I screamed so loud because that was the
worst pain I ever felt in my life. They had to strap me down because I keep fighting them away so they wouldn't stich my head up. That
did not work at all and I just broke out of the straps and kept yelling for my mom. Finally, they decided to pin me down and then I
calmed down because my forehead was numb, but after the operation was finished I told my mom they almost killed me even though it
was just stitches, and from that day to today i still don't like doctors.

Toxic Waste Advertisement
“Cigarettes, cancer sticks, smokes, butt, square, cigs, ciggies, etc.” “Cigarettes have at least 7000 chemicals in them, which can cause cancer.” “The immune system
is how the body protects itself from infections and diseases, so when you smoke cigarettes it ruins your immune system, which can cause respiratory infections.” “It
also causes a lot of autoimmune diseases such as Crohn’s disease and rheumatoid arthritis(“is an autoimmune disease in which the body's immune system – which
normally protects its health by attacking foreign substances like bacteria and viruses – mistakenly attacks the joints.”-www.arthritis.org/about-arthritis).” “When you
smoke it increases your risk of getting or developing rheumatoid arthritis.” “It can also cause type 2 diabetes, also known as adult-onset diabetes.” “There is a 30 to
40 percent chance that smokers get type 2 diabetes, unlike non smokers, (maybe you shouldn't smoke).” “Also the more you smoke the more likely you are to get
cancer.” “Smoking can also affect our bones, tobacco decreases your bone density (the strength of your bones).” “Smoking is a factor that affects your weight,
making you smaller and skinnier and weaker, it increases your alcohol consumption and your activity level.” “It increases the risk for osteoporosis it basically makes
your bones weaker and easier for them to get fractured.” “Bone loss is significant in older people who smoke.” “When you stop smoking it can reduce the risk for your
low bone mass and the fractures in your bones.” “Unfortunately, it takes several years for your bones to be strong and dense and it can take a while for your health to
be the same as it was before you started smoking.” “For women smoking at a young age puts them at a risk for osteoporosis.” “It lowers the hormone estrogen in
your body, male or female, and that can cause menopause in early.” “The chemicals in tobacco smoke damage and harm the function of heart.” “The damage
increases these risks: Atherosclerosis it's a disease that is a waxy substance called plaque and it builds in your arteries. It also increases Aneurysms that can burst
and can cause death. There are many more risks when you smoke, don't be the next victim of these toxic waste.

Knowledge
Becoming a 7th grader or a middle schooler In general isn’t easy, because in elementary school it wasn't very hard to pass grades because
the teachers were always holding your hand through every grade. 7th grade only gets harder if you aren't paying attention in 6th grade, so that's why
it's key for you listen to your teachers and do your homework, and stay organized because that helps a lot, believe me I know. In school you always
need to pay attention no matter what, whether you hate your class or you don't understand, ask questions no matter what, no question is dumb.
Having friends can affect you to, if you don't really have friends that can either help you focus more or it can distract you, so it really depends on if
you are antisocial or not. Taking notes on what you don't understand also helps, because when you don't remember something or how to do
something you can go to the notes you made, and you learn how to take notes to help you throughout your life, which can lead to you graduating
college. Always listen to your teachers because when you are, your teachers don't feel a bad way about you and they respect you. Also when you
listen to your teachers school work and school itself gets easier. Also get involved with after school activities, like track (the only sport you can do
until 8th grade). Getting involved with sports can help you make friends or talk to your friends more, and it can help your courage to talk to people if
you don't like to be social. Being you, don't change up to be with a group of cool people, don't do things you don't usually do, because your teachers
will look at you differently and they wouldn't expect much out of you. It also affects your learning because you are too worried about trying to fit in
with other people and your behaviour affecting how you learn. If you are a stressful person, and you are always depressed or worried or whatever
you feel, ask your teachers if you can sit outside or to take a walk outside. Staying focused is the main key of school, if you can stay focused no
matter what you can make it through school. So to keep it simple do work hard in school.

Summer fun
In the summer there are a lot of things to do, like play sports hang out with friends and family, water parks going to the gym there are a lot of
fun things to do even playing video games is fun, it's really your opinion on how you feel. To me I think it's important to have fun, you are out of
school the weather is usually nice and sunny you don't have homework you can do whatever you want and not worry about school, but believe it or
not you have to go back to school. Now you don't have to do work 24/7 all day every day, but it's still key to read a few books and write a few stories.
If you aren't learning or trying to get better at school work or whatever it is you are struggling with, then you aren't going to get any better matter of a
fact you are going to get worse at the subject, because you are not trying to get better at what you are struggling with in school, but don't over work
yourself because that doesn't help very well either, just balance your free time and your work time. The point of summer is to do what you like and
enjoy it, not dread the day school comes back, enjoy summer make your summer worth the while. Oversleeping is something you shouldn't do
either, because it can make cause a lot of medical problems such as diabetes, heart disease, and increased risk of death, so I don't recommend
oversleeping, but it's important to get sleep don't stay up all night playing video games. Eating healthy and working out are great things to do over
the summer, but you are healthy and you can become more athletic and play sports and participate in physical activities. While we are talking about
sports, everyone should try and play a sport because you'll never know if you are good at it or not that's what makes you more mature, trying
something either if you succeed or fail. Most importantly, hanging out with your family. Summer is a perfect time for you to hang out with your family
like mom and dad and siblings or an aunt or cousin, who ever you talk to in your family, summer is a good time for you to see them and hang out
with them. To conclude this, you should always have fun on summer break but you also need to focus on life's priorities to become a better person

LeBron’s Crazy Facts
There are so many things that a lot of people don't know about, and there are also weird things people probably didn't know. Today we are talking about LeBron James,
(because he is my favorite player), in the 4th grade he missed 82 days out of 160 days of school, for no reason. When LeBron was a lot younger, no one liked to be around him and he
was almost cut from the 2008 Olympics team. He first dunked in the 8th grade. His first born child was born in 0ct 6 that is why he wears number 6 when he played on the Miami heat. He
uses his right hand in basketball and he uses his left hand to write and when he swore in games his coach made him do 10 pushups for swearing. At 17 years old he was on the cover off
a Sports Illustrated. Although LeBron was born in Ohio, he supports teams like the Dallas Cowboys, The New York Yankees and the Chicago Bulls. LeBron’s mom (Gloria) was 16 years
old when he had LeBron. He and Michael Jordan are the only players in the NBA to win the NBA MVP. the Finals MVP, and the Olympic Gold medal in the same year. Michael Jordan,
LeBron and Larry Bird were the only players ever to win the NBA MVP and the Finals MVP twice. He is the youngest drafted player ever, he was drafted at 18 years old and he was the
first overall pick in the NBA. At 20 years old, he was the youngest player ever to get a triple double. When LeBron was only 19 he had a 40 point game. He is the youngest player to score
2,000 points in seven consecutive seasons. He didn't go to college but he went straight to the NBA. In highschool he was known as “The Chosen One.” In his senior year of highschool,
he averaged 31.6 points, 9.6 rebounds, 4.6 assists and 3.4 steals per game as his team went 25-1 and won the national championship (as selected by USA Today). LeBron was in 11 out
of 12 NBA All-Star games in his whole career. LeBron has had 15 40 point games in the NBA finals (this man is a great). In 2005 LeBron averaged his most points per game, that is when
he was the most efficient even though he still gets everything done today. The list goes on and on, but to sum up everything LeBron is the greatest of all time.
