APPLICATION AREAS
It is specially developed as a universal adhesive for bonding various building
materials. It is suitable for elastic bonding of panels, profiles and other pieces on the
most common substrates such as: stone, concrete, mirrors, glass, plasterboard, PU,
PVC, polyester, plastics, enamel, ceramic, copper, lead, zinc, aluminium, metals,
R.V.S., wood, HPL and cement fibre panels etc.
Common application areas are:

DESCRIPTION
WS-11 WEATHERPROOF SILICONE SEALANT is a one part, neutral cure, high
performance weather seal silicone sealant which exhibits outstanding physical
properties for projects and general building constructions applications. It has
excellent weathering resistance, sealing and primerless adhesive properties,
durability, virtually unaffected by sunlight rain, wind, frost, snow, air pollutant, ozone
and temperature extremes.

TYPICAL USE
Aluminum composite panels cladding, aluminum and glass curtain walls.
General glazing and weather sealing in curtain walls and building facades.
Windows & doors perimeter joints. e.g. Vinyl windows, aluminum windows, PVC,
UPVC windows…etc.
Glass, aluminum, ceramics, metals, steel, fiberglass, most plastics, tiles, bricks,
marble & granite surfaces and so on.

FEATURES
One part, can be easily used and extruded with common caulking guns.
Excellent adhesion to most construction materials without the primmer.
Outstanding weatherproofing ability, resisting to ultraviolet ray (UV), ozone, snow
or temperature extremes. Neutral cure, non-acidic, will not corrode metal or other
corrosion-sensitive material.

LIMITATIONS
WS-11 WEATHERPROOF SILICONE SEALANT
Not recommended for use on structural application.
Do not use in the manufacture of Insulated Glass (IG) Units.
Do not use when substrate temperature is above 50< or surfaces that are plasticizers,
oily, greasy, dusty or dirty.
Do not use for painted surfaces, otherwise may cause seal failure as the paint
cracking or paint stripping.
Do not use for confined space or surfaces that require post finishes or paintings.
Do not clean or treat the sealant with materials, solvents or cleaning agents that may
affect or discolor the sealant, particularly during sealant cure.
Not for fireproofing seal system.

DESCRIPTION
Rubber based high performance, permanent adhesive and flexible sealants with
the self-adhesive tape, aluminum butyl tape and rope forms. Butyl, suitable for the
reliable and lasting sealing of joints, cracks, seams and overlapping in the entire
construction area.
It is flexible, non-hardening, non-drying, non-oxidizing products with excellent
adhesion to all types of surfaces.

APPLICATIONS
Metal roofing (Steel and Aluminum), gutters, flashings and roof penetrations (solar
system, roof lights, dish vs… installations).
Joining of water proofing membranes and plastic sheets.
