Founded in 2000, PDS is an ISO 9001:2008 certified,
aggressive, fast-growing and technology driven
manufacturing company loyal to its founding principles of
quality, value and service.

PDS is a full service facility with capabilities for
production of CNC milling and turning, prototype
machining, and cast urethane parts. We also offer an in
house paint facility, light mechanical assembly, and ship
to stock programs.

Our company has been supplying aerospace, medical,
defense, consumer goods, automotive and other OEM
manufacturers with competitively priced, on time, high
quality parts for years.

Cast Urethane Parts via RTV Molding

PDS provides cast urethane parts created from RTV
silicone rubber molds. urethane castings and silicone
rubber molds provide a cost-effective and speedy way to
emulate injection molded plastic parts without the high
price of permanent tooling.

These RTV molded parts are typically used as marketing
prototypes, functional testing, and low volume
production. Parts we create can be very small or large
such as medical MRI Units.
