Antrac Holding Pvt Ltd (AHPL) well-known and reputed corporate established in The Republic of Maldives founded by Mr. Mohamed Hameed in
2003 after serving in various positions in the field of marine and tourism industry. In the same year, he joined and ally with Mr. Abdul Hannan who
also having a great deal of experience in marine, tourism and trade industry.
AHPL is synonymous with passion, commitment and dedication. AHPL is a dynamic and forward-looking organization with highly skilled and
experiences professionals in the field of marine, fuel-supply, real-estate, travel and tourism and general trade.
Company presently is the leading marine service provider attending more than 90% of foreign trade vessel, cruise ships, luxury yachts, naval ships,
research ships, survey vessels, roro and heavy lifts call in the Maldives. We are also one of the leading freight forwarding, local transportation and
international trading companies in Maldives.
Company currently have two branch offices one in Uligamu of Haa Alifu Atoll (northernmost atoll), and second in Gan of Addu Atoll (southernmost
atoll), to provide customized support and service to our vast and diversified client base. Our team of employees consists of skilled and professional people
with vast array of knowledge and experience in the field of real-estate, development and logistics, tourism and marine industry.
Relatively a young company, we have concrete and ambitious goals, and with our will, hard-working attitude, perseverance and dedication we are

7.2 FUEL SUPPLY 20

With the increase movement of Yachts, Superyachts and resort activities in the Maldives, in 2013 company ventured into fuel supply business.
AHPL constructed and operate a fuel terminal with the maximum capacity of 11,000 MT in K. Thilafushi Island on an area of 100,000 sq. ft. The
terminal has alongside berth of 150 m vessels with 15 m draft. The fuel terminal is fully compatible as per Maldives Customs Services (MCS) and
Maldives Port Limited (MPL).

construction and real-estate business in 2014. Today, company has successfully completed many residential and commercial projects and there are quite

With the ambition to grow and diversify, in 2009 AHPL ventured into automobile business through import and distribution of motor-cycle. AHPL is
an authorized importer and distributor of Honda Motor-cycles in Maldives. Today, AHPL is a leading importer and distributor of motorbikes and
mopeds in the country. In 2011, AHPL inaugurated Expert Motors a motorbike showroom with service center, having the privilege of being the
biggest of its kind in the country. A team of 50 dedicated staff looks after the needs and requirements of each and every customer with highest level of
service quality.

Fisheries is synonym with the Maldives as a basic source of livelihood for people for years. Assessing the local need and demand for fish meat, AHPL
in 2007 started fishing and fisheries business under its umbrella. Today, AHPL possess two-fishing boats each 80-feet in length and fully equipped
with latest state-of-the-art equipment’s and gadgets as per modern fishing standards. These fishing boats are designed to provide proper safety and
security to fishermen along with accommodation facilities.

Maldives is known for its hospitality around the world. Tourism is the biggest contributor to country’s GDP and largest source of foreign-exchange
generator. Looking at the growing demand and trend in tourism sector, AHPL in 2011 endeavored in tourism sector by bring luxury yachts in the
market. Company also provides its customers with other facilities like water sports, spa, fishing trips, scuba diving, etc. to name the few. AHPL is in
constant effort to boost its presence in the largest sector of the economy and is working with leading hospitality service providers around the world to
enter into resort business in the country.

With growing economy, prosperity and increased purchasing power, the demand for imported food items increased as country massively imports most
of the food, electronic and other household items. Considering the future prospects, AHPL embarked into general trading business in 2014 focusing on
food and household items. We as AHPL continuously strive forward to partner with renowned international brands to bring more choices and
assortment of goods for people of Maldives. Alfa basmati rice; Baristo coffee, tea and chocolate; Rita fruit drinks; Al Islami; are few of the well-
known companies with whom AHPL have exclusive import and distribution rights. AHPL imports and distribute over 700 different items around the
country. Having automated cold-storage facility one of its kind in the country to take special care of perishable food items.
