There were also waterlogged areas prone to flooding from rising sea levels and seasonal changes. Additionally, there were parts of the space that remained unused but had potential for development.

It can be observed that, even though there is a maximum elevation difference of 12 meters within the area itself, there are sloped areas that allow for activities with ease, especially in the front area adjacent to the main road.
