Subscribe to a Schoology Calendar on your iPhone or iPad

In order to add the shared calendar to your iPad or iPhone, the steps need to be done ON the iPhone or iPad.

Step 1: Enable the “Share Your Calendar” Option 1. Open Safari app and log into
Schoology with your child’s
2 username and password.

3 2. Click on their name/photo in
the top right corner

3. Click on ‘Settings’

4. Scroll to “Share Your 4
Schoology Calendar” and
click on ENABLE

5. Confirm that you see a
weblink in a text box.

This will mean that you have it
set it up correctly for the next
steps.

Step 2: Add Calendar to your iPhone/iPad Calendar 6. On the iPad - Click on the
calendar icon on the top of
6 the webpage.

On the iPhone - Click on
MORE and click on
Calendar

This will take you to all of
your child’s calendars for all
courses.

7. Click on ‘EXPORT’ at
the bottom of the
calendar.

8. Click on ‘Share Calendar’.

9. Click on the blue link in the box.

10. On the iPad - Click ‘OK’ in
the pop up box.
On the iPhone - Click on
‘Subscribe’ in the pop up box.

11. Click ‘Done’ in the pop up box.

Once you have subscribed to the Schoology calendar for your student, you will
see all assignments, and events that are on the Schoology calendar, and it will
update as the calendar is updated in Schoology. If you have multiple children,
you will be able to follow these directions again, and subscribe to their calendar
too.
