Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahiwabarakatuh, first of all, I feel very thankful
because we have been awarded by Allah S.W.T to gather here to celebrate this
program which organized by students from Diploma Food Service Halal Practice
semester 4 (DHF 4B). This program was organized to fulfil the requirement for
implemented EVENT MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION (DTM 5033) course in
semester 4. I would like to congratulate the students and organization because
of their determination, effort and dedication in implementing this program. The
implementation of this program is a way to unite us in striving to be a highly
ranked education and training polytechnic plus to raise the human awareness in achieving excellence.
I would like to congratulate course lecturer’s Pn.Rozilawati bt Shaari and Pn. Siti Liyana binti
Ismail, lecturers in TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY department. This program has answered the Ministry of
Education’s call by implementing a few vision and mission that is found in Malaysia Education
Development Plan year 2015-2025. Well done to all of you. Lastly, I hope this event will run smoothy and
fair. So that’s all from me. Thank you very much.
Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahiwabarakatuh, pertama sekali, saya sangat bersyukur kerana
kita telah dianugerahkan oleh Allah untuk berkumpul di sini untuk meraikan program yang dianjurkan oleh
pelajar dari Diploma Perkhidmatan Makanan Amalan Halal semester 4 (DHF4B)dan program ini
dilaksanakan bagi memenuhi keperluan kursus PENGURUSAN ACARA DAN OPERASI ( DTM 5033). Saya
ingin mengucapkan sekalung tahniah kepada pelajar sebagai urusetia kerana tekad, usaha dan dedikasi
mereka dalam melaksanakan program ini. Pelaksanaan program ini adalah satu cara untuk menyatukan
kita dalam usaha untuk menjadi salah sebuah institusi pendidikan tinggi dan pusat latihan politeknik
dalam meningkatkan kesedaran manusia dalam mencapai kecemerlangan.

Alhamdulillah, blessed by ALLAH SWT because we are gathered here to
celebrate this PROGRAM HALAL.COM that is organized by student’s from
Diploma Food Service Halal Practice semester 4 for implementing their course
EVENT OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT (DTM 5033). HALAL.COM will involves
talk form one of 7 scheme of halal areas. Beside there are many activities
organized which relating community services. May Allah grant us the highest
reward in completing this HALAL.COM 2020 programed. Not to forget, the
lecturer’s full cooperation in guiding the students because this program is
producing human capital that knowledgeable, skilled and with great quality. I
feel with the existence of a program that is noble, as this will give a big impact
to the student’s personality and characteristic. I am very proud all of you and
thank you very much.

dianjurkan oleh pelajar dari Diploma Perkhidmatan Makanan Amalam Halal semester 4 (DHF4B) untuk

Assalamualaikum, as a lecturer for this course, Event Operation and
Management (DTM 5033) and also the Supervisor for this event, I feel very
proud from my students because they have proven and with their hard
work the event has proceeded very well today. This event is planned to
fulfil the course requirement in Event and Operation (DTM 5033) for
Diploma Food Service Halal Practice semester 4 and the ceremony was
handled very smoothly and good. Every guidance given by us as lecturers
is a knowledge for them, so that they can continue to develop themselves
in one way or the other because the know how to handle an event after
this. Each student has shown good cooperation in every task given and has achieve the program objective.
They went through critical thinking in conducting their new event and realize how important the
knowledge that need to be benefited in the future. This course has also given the students’ knowledge to
arrange the event very well and smoothly. Apart from that I also like to say thank you to all those who
gave tremendous support in this program. Thank you indefinitely from all of us in Politeknik Tuanku Syed
Sirajuddin because the support and hard work shown by the students from the beginning until the end.

Assalamualaikum, I am very thankful to Allah SWT because program
HALAL.COM is really working as our event.
This event organized for Politeknik Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin. Besides that,
this program expose student to the real word of Tourism and Hospitality
industry. Then, I want to say thank you to my lecturers because they always taught and guide us as a team
to conduct this event smoothly. I am very thankful to Puan Rozilawati binti Shaari and Pn. Siti Liyana binti
Ismail and also special thanks to our Head Department of Tourism and Hospitality, Puan Norlili Juwita
Binti Arshad because giving us moral support to conduct this event.
Also very thankful to management of Politeknik Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin for the support and giving

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
To manage and create the marketing planning of an event whereby organizer (students) are
exposed to the management skills with participant and marketing techniques such as flyers,
brochures to promote the event to the student of Tourism and Hospitality.
To practices the related techniques with the real situation in tourism and hospitality whereby
students are able to experience the difficulties in implementing events.
To increase competence in terms of leadership, cooperation and communication with other
parties
To provide opportunities for students to gain experience to handle program
INTRODUCTION
Halal.Com is an activity social opened project of Diploma of FoodService Halal Practices semester 4
(DHF4B) under Tourism and Hospitality Department, Politeknik Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin. This program
initiated raising about the importance of Halal in our daily life and in practicing. Since now a day, not
everyone in Islamic country know how to recognize the status of halal and illegal but take the easy
step by eating the food without thinking and considering the source of food where it come and only
think in minds that the food is delicious. In realize, not only the food sources, also the preparation and
process of food must know also the person that selling the food is islamic or not. Besides that, the
aims of this program is to introducing how to use Halal Portal to know the status of a halal or illegal
the product and food to the public whether it is halal or non-halal with the cooperation of the
management of C-mart, the place that we choose as hall to give the information.
