SAMPLE 1 PT3 SPEAKING PART 2

Overall, the pictures show a boy who is leading a healthy

lifestyle. In the first picture, the boy goes jogging around his

neighbourhood to keep fit and healthy. He takes a shower to keep

himself clean and fresh. Taking shower is important to maintain

personal hygiene and protect us from dangerous germs. We should

take bath at least twice in a day. He also eats a balanced meal. He

has a healthy home-cooked food. He follows food pyramid. He drinks

plain water. Drinking carbonated drinks is not good as they contain

too much sugar. Avoiding fast food and processed food is a good

thing to do for our healthy body and mind. The boy sleeps early so

that he can focus well in the classroom. Sleeping 7 to 8 hours a day is

crucial. The boy also goes for a medical check-up to ensure he is in

good health. Like the boy, I also make sure to eat healthy food and

exercise regularly to keep myself active and fit. Health is wealth. Our

health is in our own hands, so we have to take good care of our

health. crucial = very important

SAMPLE 2 - PT3 SPEAKING PART 2

Overall, the pictures show a clean-up day. All students are gathering
and listening to a briefing at the assembly hall. The briefing might be
given by the duty teacher or the teacher-in-charge for the programme.
The purpose of the programme is to beautify school. In picture 2, a group
of students is cleaning the school compound. A girl is raking the dry
leaves and other students are putting them into a big plastic bag. Another
group of students is cleaning the classrooms. They are working as busy as
a bee. They are cleaning the whiteboard, sweeping the floor and cleaning
the windows. Two students are arranging chairs and desks neatly. They
make sure their classroom is clean and tidy. In picture 4, a group of
students is cleaning the canteen. Two boys are clearing the drains so that
no clogged water in the drains. This is to ensure water flow smoothly in
the drains so that no stagnant water and no mosquitoes will breed and
cause dengue. After the clean-up day, the school looks clean and
beautiful. A clean school attracts students to love and come to school
every day. Students can also learn in a conducive environment.

SAMPLE 3 - PT3 SPEAKING PART 2

The picture shows a family going for a stroll at a park. It is a
good way for a family bonding. The family spends quality time and it
helps to strengthen their relationships. The family consists of a
father, a mother, an elder sister and a younger brother. The family
then stops at an ice-cream stall. As the parents and the elder sister
are buying the ice-creams, the younger boy is distracted by a
butterfly. He follows the butterfly as it flies away. The family then
realises that the young boy is missing and looking for him. However,
the boy could not be found. The depressed family members report
the matter to a security guard. A while later, a woman brings the boy
to the guard house. She has seen him wandering around. The family
feels relieved and happy to be reunited with the boy. Parents should
always hold children’s hand whenever they go out. It is dangerous
when a child wander around alone. He or she might be kidnapped by
the bad people. Safety must be our utmost priority. No use crying

SAMPLE 4 - PT3 SPEAKING PART 2

The pictures show a National Day Celebration in a school. In the first
picture, students are making the Jalur Gemilang, Malaysia flags. They are
colouring diligently. There are many students participating in this
colouring programme. In the second picture, students are decorating
their class. One student is hanging up flags on the wall. Another student is
putting up pictures of former prime ministers or leaders. A student is
arranging desks neatly. They are working together to make their class
clean and beautiful. In the third picture, some students have tied small
flags on bicycles. A teacher is taking pictures of this lovely sight. Then,
the celebration continues at the school hall. Students are singing patriotic
songs and other students are enjoying their performance. A conductor is
busy directing the choir students. All students are singing energetically. In
picture 4, there is a traditional attire fashion show. Students dress up in
the traditional costumes of all races and tribes in Malaysia. Celebrating
national day in school is always a memorable experience. It is a way to
show our love towards our country. This day also for remembering and
being grateful to our heroes who have sacrificed for our nation.

SAMPLE 5 - PT3 SPEAKING PART 2

In the first picture, two girls are playing with their pet cats. Then, one
of the cats goes missing. The two girls go around looking for it,
almost everywhere. They looked worried and restless. Their father
has companied the girls to find the cat. They also ask their
neighbours if they have seen it. Unfortunately, no one has seen it.
So, the girls’ father puts out flyers about the lost cat around the
neighbourhood, hoping that someone has seen the cat. In the last
picture, it turns out that the poor cat is stuck on a tree. It is probably
afraid to climb down. It looks pitiful on the tree. The family felt
relieved after finding the cat. Having pet is a big responsibility. We
have to feed, clean and care for its well-being. Like the family in the
pictures, we should be caring and respect animals. Having pets is an
enjoyable activity to do as it helps to improve our mood and pets are
great companion.

SAMPLE 6 - PT3 SPEAKING PART 2

The first picture shows a family on a holiday. They are going to
Penang as I can see Penang Bridge in the picture. In Penang, they
have fun eating lots of different food. In the picture, they are eating
Pasembor, a famous delicious food in Penang. Then, they take a ride
on the cable car for seeing the sights of the whole Penang island and
the rainforest. They are staying in a hotel in Batu Feringgi where they
have fun splashing in the swimming pool. Later, they visit the area
where several of the famous Penang street art can be found and take
lots of pictures for their memorable vacation. I think they are
enjoying the holidays. Like them, I also like to visit Penang as I love
eating ‘Nasi Kandar’ so much. Only in Penang, we can get the
authentic Nasi Kandar. All foodies like me like visiting Penang as this
state is heaven for traditional food.
