Mass Participation Events Short Course Training Development

Mass Participation Events Short Course Training Development helped promote the MICE Student Chapter to become
a new generation of MICE entrepreneurs. The event aimed to attract more participants by increasing the number of
activities to be more diverse. In addition, the event was also planned for faculty members and personnel in the
Eastern MICE Academic Cluster to enhance their capabilities, to gain knowledge on the desirable competencies of
personnel in organizing mass participation sports events from the perspectives of entrepreneurs and volunteers,
and to develop short courses according to their needs. The project included a technical visit to the Bangsaen 21
(half marathon event) and the development of the International Standard of Thai Mass Participation Events Manual
in both Thai and English versions.

This project's expected outcomes were for food and beverage service personnel to apply knowledge to

Young MICE Isan Student Chapter Professional Camp Ep. Khon Kaen Jazz Festival 2020 was organized
by the Centre of Excellence in MICE and Business Events Industry (CEMBEI), Khon Kaen Business School,
Khon Kaen University, in collaboration with the Northeastern MICE Academic Cluster, units in Khon Kaen
University, government agencies and Khon Kaen's private sector under the support and sponsorship
by TCEB. In addition, the event organized workshops through “Khon Kaen Jazz Festival” to allow
students to apply their MICE knowledge by practicing and showing their capabilities as a working group
both in the preparation process and the operation of the event.

MICE Career Day was organized to educate guidance teachers, counsellors, and students to introduce the
MICE industry or help them to find the right career. The event also provided opportunities for participants
to apply for a job or internships from leading companies in the MICE industry and to give advice on
personality enhancement before working in the business.

หลักสูตร Hygiene E-Learning เป็นหลักสูตรการเรียนออนไลน์ โดยประกอบด้วย 4 Module
14 หัวข้อ คือ Module 1 Hygiene Awareness (การตระหนักรู้ด้านสุขอนามัย) Module 2
Ambient Wellness (สุขภาพแวดล้อม) Module 3 Mental Wellbeing of Employees

Event Design and Design Thinking
Online Training Program

Event Design and Design Thinking program was an online training course focused on critical
design thinking and event design. The program included sessions on critical design thinking,
experience design using the Event Canvas (a toolkit for event experience design), and how to
use MURAL (a digital workspace for the design community). The event also had a lecture on
the Future of MICE Innovation & Technology.

การประกวดการออกแบบเส้นทางประสบการณ์และ
กิจกรรมสร้างสรรค์ในรูปแบบ New Normal

กิจกรรมการอบรมและเวิร์คชอปออนไลน์ ที่เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ประกอบการไมซ์และธุรกิจท่องเที่ยว ได้ออกแบบเส้นทาง
ประสบการณ์และกิจกรรมสร้างสรรค์ในรูปแบบความปกติใหม่ (New Normal) โดยคำนึงถึงการจัดงานอย่างยั่งยืน
โดยมีการจัดกลุ่มให้สมาชิกมีความหลากหลายในเชิงธุรกิจ ซึ่งการทำเวิร์คชอปจะมีการพัฒนาต่อยอด โดยมีเมนเทอร์
ผู้เชี่ยวชาญคอยให้คำแนะนำ ผ่านการประชุมออนไลน์ ก่อนนำเสนอผลงานสำหรับการประกวดต่อไป

Online training and workshops providing an opportunity for MICE entrepreneurs and business practitioners 4 September 2021
in the MICE and tourism industry to conduct a project to design experience journeys and creative activities
