The Shade Experts Corp. specializing in the design and construction
of  Italian Offset Patio Umbrellas  for the commercial market. We are
a   leader in this  sector thanks to the high quality of our products;
which are both practical and elegant. The Shade Experts Corp. is in
the province of Salerno, Italy and their name is synonymous with a
superior production of commercial grade umbrellas that have been in
use for over 30 years. 

These commercial grade umbrellas are made with the highest grade
materials. All aluminum structures are virtually maintenance free !!
Hand forged steel structures are painted and powder coated in
anthracite and black as well as many other colors. This treatment gives
excellent protection against atmospheric agents like salt. Hence, very
minimal rusting!   Other finishing touches include, stainless steel
cranks and cables, wind vents in the canopy for air passage and wind
bars to allow for more stability in heavier winds. 
Our umbrellas can be enclosed using   “Rain Gutters”   and   “Side
Panels”   for use in moderate windy and cold weather. Equipped
with heaters and lighting you can provide the best comfort for your
clients and guests and keep on working and entertaining even in not so
good situations !!
Our Italian Center-post Umbrellas are manufactured in aluminum and
are also available in wood and come in a variety of sizes from 8 feet to
over 36 feet !! Our largest and newest Giant Offset Umbrella is

The Prestige Telescopic is an all aluminum center post umbrella (also
available in wood). The telescopic system allows to close the umbrella
without clearing the area below (for example tables and chairs).The
“Intelligent Umbrella” which thanks to the closing system from the
interior of the umbrella allows the umbrella to close without the removal
of the furniture underneath. This telescopic structure when closing
maintains its distance of 35.5 inches when closed. The Prestige Telescopic
central pole umbrella is available in 10x13 feet (3×4m) and 13x13 (4X4m)
and is truly a professional telescopic umbrella.

It is extremely versatile and is the ideal choice for those who want
durability without renouncing quality. With the side arm and post made
entirely of powder coated-epoxy steel and all stainless steel accessories, it
is ideal for more rugged conditions. The heavy duty steel construction
comes in black, white or can be special ordered in a variety of specialty
colors.
The Vulcano can be customize by joining them together using our gutter
system and enclosing them by adding side lateral enclosures with doors.
Available as options are in-ground or surface mounted bases as well as a
steel base cover for our standard freestanding base. Add LED lighting and
USB charging station as well as heaters to make this truly an umbrella of

Thanks to the Innovative opening mechanism this Offset Umbrella opens
and closes simply by turning a crank handle in the post. One movement
only ! opens and closes the umbrella and retracts the umbrella structure in

post, thus maximizing your shade and furniture placement. The Double
side post is ideal for long narrow spaces. Available in 10-20 or 13-26 and
providing 200 to 338 square feet of shaded area. Add the single Vulcano
LX for even longer spaces!!
Heavy duty steel construction with replaceable parts provides
incomparable durability. Available in black or white the Double Offset can
also be custom ordered in many other different colors.
Like the rest of our umbrella models there are many options to choose
from including the availability of different canopy materials with or
without valance. Lateral enclosures and gutters as well as LED lighting,
heaters as well as with many other different options are available for these
umbrellas.

featuring four umbrella canopies attached to only one central post;
Available in 20x20’ or 26x26’ (custom sizes available). Maximizing your
shaded area from 400 to 676 square feet of useable area for additional
table space or additional shaded space; Without the encumbrance of
having multiple side posts. Available with optional rain gutters for useable
outdoor space even in rain. The entire structure is constructed from epoxy
powder coated steel minimizing rust. This entire structure is handmade in
Italy by artisans with extreme attention to detail. The canopy is
constructed of “Tempotest”acrylic marine fabric, the European equivalent
to Sunbrella. Vents in the canopy and wind bars provide air passage to
allow for more stability in heavier winds. This umbrella features all
replaceable parts, which makes this an umbrella to last.

Colors and Canopies

Our canopies are constructed of an Ecru color “Tempotest”acrylic marine
fabric, the European equivalent to Sunbrella. Colored fabrics in the
“Tempotest” line are also available as “Sunbrella” fabrics in a limited
selection as well.
Vents in the canopy allow for air passage and allow for more stability in
heavier winds.
All of these fabrics are fade resistant, water, oil, and dirt repellent.
Tempotest Novosol fabric is 100% solution dyed acrylic fibre, breathable,
extremely resistant, and suitable for awnings of large dimensions as well as
for sails structures, marine applications and for large garden sunshades
and are available in more than 200 colors.
Our structures are available in steel (black or white) or wood and our
canopies and ribs are in aluminum and painted in anthracite grey or white.

Enclosures and Gutters

On all our Offset Patio Umbrellas and most of our other models the rain
gutters can be used to provide continuous protection from rain or shine.
They can connect several umbrellas together to form one large canopy, or
they can connect one or multiple umbrellas to a building. Our gutters are
conically manufactured, and when attached to the umbrella they provide a
slight decline to ensure good drainage. Threaded aluminium pipes are
inserted into the material sleeves and connected together to further
improve drainage. The rain gutter is attached to the umbrellas roof
support by snap hooks. A “water stop” on one end provides double
assurance that during heavy rain, the water will not spill on the wrong end
of the gutter.

Lighting and Heaters

Adding lights to the umbrellas increases the time that can be spent on the terraces
enjoying the outdoors. The warm light provides an ambience that most people
appreciate. We provide different types of lighting for our umbrellas based on your
needs and effect desired. See some of our installations above and contact our office

Lights attached to the mast of a center post easily attaches to most center posts and
can be swiveled for different effects.

WARRANTY - The Shade Experts Corp. umbrellas are guaranteed for ONE FULL YEAR to be free from defects in original material and workmanship.
If a defect in the original material or workmanship appears during the warranty period; The Shade Experts Corp. (at its option) will replace or repair your
product without charge. Damage caused by neglect or abuse are not covered under the warranty. Contact your local dealer where the product was
purchased for return information.

STRUCTURE WARRANTY:
The Shade Experts Corp. warrants to the consumer that any product is free from manufacturer defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1)
years from the date of original purchase when used in compliance with directions as outlined in the manufacturer's instructions, which includes reasonable
and necessary maintenance by the consumer. Failure to follow the given assembly, maintenance and care instructions may void your product warranty. In
case of manufacturing defects in material or workmanship, agrees to, at their discretion, repair or replace any defective product without charge for the
warranty period. To be covered under this warranty, claims and repairs must be made by/to the authorized dealer or directly to the manufacturer. As the
consumer, you assume all cost incurred in shipping your unit to a repair location specified by them. The repaired unit/parts will be returned to the
consumer freight prepaid. Any implied warranty is limited in duration to the one (1) years provided in this, the only, expressed warranty.

EXCLUSIONS:
No responsibility is assumed for incidental or consequential damages. Warranty does not cover any damage due to improper installation, adverse weather
conditions, wind, misuse, neglect, lack of reasonable maintenance, or the use of any unauthorized attachments. Any damage caused by external force or
factors (broken umbrella ribs, punctures, abrasions or burn holes in the fabric etc.) is explicitly excluded from warranty coverage. Warranty is void if unit
is subjected to unauthorized service by anyone other than a dealer or themselves. To avoid damage or personal injury the umbrellas must not be used in
strong wind conditions of more than 30 mph for cantilever umbrellas or for more than 40mph for center pole umbrellas or in case of heavy rain. Umbrellas
must be closed when unattended and/or in bad atmospheric conditions. Umbrellas must be used with the proper base and the amount of ballast weight as
specified with each model.

FABRIC CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash the cover with warm water (max 40 degree C) when the umbrella is in the open position using a sponge or soft brush to treat any spots or stains. Do
not dry in direct heat. Do not spin dry or dry clean. Leave the umbrella open until completely dry. This fabric is mold and mildew resistant and its
fluorocarbon finish gives it excellent water and stain resistance. Acrylic’s solution-dyed acrylic fiber gives the fabric brilliant colors. In the solution-dying
process, the color becomes an integral part of the fiber by being added when the fiber is still in a liquid form, giving our marine fabrics unbeatable color
fastness without fading or washing out. This fabric offers unbeatable color fastness, superior shape retention and a 5-year limited warranty against rot,
mildew, and loss of color or strength.

Terms and Conditions:
The terms, conditions and pricing included in our 2014 catalogue supersede all previously listed issued by “The Shade Experts Corp.”, and are subject to
change without notice. Free Standing bases are included in the cost of the cantilever umbrellas. Cement stones to insert into bases are not included, please
refer to the model specifications in the “The Shade Experts Corp..” 2016 catalog for sizes and proper ballast weight needed for specific umbrella models.
Prices: All prices shown are list prices unless specifically noted and are FOB- West Palm Beach, Florida.
Custom Orders: A variety of custom options are available, a 50% partial payment is required prior to the start of production on the order. Custom orders
may not be cancelled once into production.
Returns: Authorization is required prior to the return of goods. No credit will be allowed for goods returned without our written consent. All returns must
be made within 14 days of receiving of merchandise. Custom items are not returnable due to the nature of the items.
Claims: All claims for shortage must be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods. At the time of delivery, any visible damage or shortages must be
noted on the freight bill. Packages should be opened immediately and inspected for concealed damages.
Freight Policy: Unless a particular carrier is specified, your order will be shipped best way-freight prepaid and added to your invoice. Special shipping
instructions will be carried out to the best of our abilities.
Loss or Damages: At the time goods are delivered to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the buyer. We carefully pack and inspect all goods before
shipments leave our warehouse.
