with Caramelized Apples

Horseradish and Tomato
Make your own gourmet-to-go sandwiches with tender sliced steak, juicy tomatoes,

• 2 peeled segments blood orange
• 4 tsp (20ml) agave syrup
• 4 tsp (20ml) lime juice
• 5 tsp (25ml) tequila
• crushed or cubed ice
Method
1. Muddle all the fruit in a mixing
glass with the agave syrup.
2. Add the other ingredients and
shake with ice until the shaker

3. Strain and serve in a frosted glass.
