• MBOT has conducted a visit to multiple countries (Canada, Germany and
South Africa) to see the best practices and establish connection with the
related professional body.
• The closest professional body that has the same functions like MBOT is
Canadian Council of Technicians and Technologists (CCTT).
• CCTT recognizes multiple technology fields, and some of them are similar
to MBOT since its establishment on the 1st of September 1972.
• CCTT is currently recognizing Technologists and Technicians in 13 Fields
namely Petroleum, Mineral Resource, Mechanical, Information
Technology, Industrial, Geomatics, Forestry, Electronics, Electrical, Civil,
Chemical, Building and Bioscience.
