It all began back in 2015 on the streets of Edinburgh. We started making our sauces to go
with/alongside our Mexican street food menu which we served from our Bonnie Burrito
food truck.
After hearing many customers ask if we sold the sauces separately we thought we’d give
it a try. We went with four distinct flavours; Jalapeno & Lime, Mango & Habanero, Smoky
Chipotle and the Fiery Scotch Bonnet.
All sauces are made using only natural ingredients and contain just the right amount of
heat. They are perfect for vegetarians/vegans and compliment so many dishes, from a chilli
con carne, a burger, Tai curry and even cocktails!

owned factory based in the old mill town of Heckmondwike in Yorkshire.

Creative Nature Superfoods was proudly established by Julianne Ponan in 2012 and has

Rademon Estate Distillery is nestled within the heart of the historic 500-acre estate in Co.
Down, founded in 2012 by Fiona and David Boyd-Armstrong. The husband and wife team set
out to create a gin with a vision of re-defining what an Irish gin should and could be, while
becoming the first gin to be distilled in Northern Ireland.
The name ‘Shortcross Gin’ originates from the Distillery’s local village, Crossgar. In Gaelic or
Irish, Crossgar means the ‘Short Cross’, so we are proud to have our village name as well as a
Shortcross Penny on every bottle we produce.
When creating Shortcross Gin we aspired to create something unique, that was reminiscent
of our surrounding forests and gardens here at our home, Rademon Estate.

The Oil Tree

The Oil Tree, a small family run olive farm in the Southern Peloponnese, Greece.
Here we produce premium olive products; extra virgin olive oil, olives, tapenades, balsamic
vinegar, honey, looseleaf verbena tea, and a variety of extra virgin olive oil body products.
The Olive Oil is made from Koroneiki olives, grown and hand picked on our single variety
estate. Harvested just before they are fully ripened, the olives provide a unique flavour and
extremely low acidity.
Supporting other local farmers, we produce The Balsamic in house from locally grown
Korinthian grapes.
The dark vinegar base is the result of our drying and fermenting process and is aged for two
years before bottling.
The Olives are preserved in vinegar and brine. We leave the stone in the olives to keep the
integrity of the fruit, allowing for a robust flavour.
Our extra virgin olive oil is used in our crushed olives to make The Tapenade. Its rich
authentic taste has no other additives and can be enjoyed with rustic bread and a variety of
other recipes.

Wild Flour

Jessica founded the Wild Flour Cake Company in 2015. After extensive experience of
working in coffee-shops, Jessica realised that most of the cakes were often heavily reliant
on flavourings, preservatives and sugar.
With support from the Prince’s Trust charity, she began her mission to transform the quality
of the coffee-shop cake.
From her kitchen table in Somerset the business has risen to a custom-made bakery on
Timsbury Farm in Bath.
We prefer wholesome ingredients and always use butter. We don’t like to give our loved
one’s nasty preservatives or chemicals, so we keep it simple and leave these out.
Sustainability and local sourcing are very important to us. All of our eggs are free-range
and come from St Ewe’s, flour is sourced from Shipton Mill and Sharpham Park provide our
organic spelt.
We adore baking with ingredients that are in season. Our product list is always evolving
to bring in new flavours, whilst our core range of long standing best sellers will always be
available.
We specialise in rounds, muffins and traybakes. We focus on gluten free, vegan and classic
