The Oil Tree

The Oil Tree, a small family run olive farm in the Southern Peloponnese, Greece. Here we produce
premium olives, extra virgin olive oil, tapenades, balsamic vinegar, honey, looseleaf verbena tea,
and a variety of extra virgin olive oil body products.  
The Olive Oil is made from our Koroneiki olives, grown and hand picked on our single variety
estate. Harvested just before they are fully ripened, the olives provide a unique flavour and ex-
tremely low acidity.
Supporting other local farmers, we produce The Balsamic in house from locally grown Korinthian
grapes. The dark vinegar base is the result of our drying and fermenting process and is aged for
two years before bottling. 
The Olives are preserved in vinegar and brine. We prefer to leave the stone in the olives to keep
the integrity of the fruit, allowing for a robust flavour.
The extra virgin olive oil is used in our crushed olives to make The Tapenade. Its rich authentic
taste has no other additives and can be enjoyed with rustic bread and a variety of other recipes.

The Only Way Is Gin

There’s lots to love about Essex – the stunning coastline and idyllic countryside,
plus some pretty special bars and restaurants too. The county is renowned for its
seafood, jam and vineyards, but now raise your glass to The Only Way Is Gin. It’s

The gin is handcrafted in small batches using time-honoured traditional methods.
