pharmaceuticals wanted us to
provide business insights and
develop a growth plan for the
years to come. Various
regional teams of client
across the country meet once
in a year to ascertain their
yearly performance, recognize
the efforts of employees, lay
down and unveil the path for
the next year. We were
requested by the client to
participate in the conference
to understand the dynamics of
tohereaocrhgoanuitztaotiothne, maprkperto,atchhe competency levels of their teams
afonldloawlesdo btoyhthaveeeantliotyok at their target setting criteria. Because of
the conference we could clearly understand their product, target
market and approach. Since we were in the initial stages of our
assignment, the visit to the conference gave us a really good
understanding of their business too.

ARTICLE ON KEY ASSIGNMENT

A Step towards Globalisation of Accounting :

IND AS are the new set of Accounting
standards notified by the Ministry of Corporate
Affairs to verge the Indian Standards to global
level, this is the major reform taken by
Accounting Standard Board of India (ASB). The
financial statements of all the listed companies
and its subsidiaries need to comply in
accordance with the Notified Ind AS. One of our
existing client, NHDL (Nandi Highway
Developers Limited) approached our for
converging the IGAAP values into Ind AS, as the
assignment was very challenging, our team
lead by Ms. Bhavana, Mr. Mahesh along with
interns Ms. Sindhuri and Ms. Bianca
successfully completed the assignment under
the guidance of Ashok Sir. It is being a new
assignment the approach taken by team
members well appreciated by the client. The
encouragement from Sachin sir made us to put
an extra step on this kind of challenging
assignment, we wish to have many more as
such in coming days.

Audio Visual Media, State Governments developing appropriate export
strategies. All these topics made an interesting read of the News
article.

at Selam. He completed his
schooling at Erode, Karur
and Mettupalyam and
moved to Bangalore to
peruse his undergrad in
Commerce at Christ
University . With is jovial
nature, Arun always makes
brings a fun in execution of
work.

He is much engrossed in wide spectrum of hobbies such as
playing & gaze at Hanging out with friends, biking ,knowing
new places cricket , badminton, board games to name a few.
He had represented his College at District level in cricket and
hand ball. His favourite cricketer is Sourav Ganguly (DADA) .
